I just want to forever praise this office. They fit me in as an emergency due to the amount of pain I was in, within less than 24 hours Dr. Young was able to remove my infected tooth. I look forward to hopefully getting an implant and will forever recommend Dr Young and his staff. Thank you so much.

My review is based on a consultation. I was referred to them for implants. Always ask what the cost will be before you agree on anything. They wanted to get my xays done before I left and that would have cost me a bit more than I'm willing to pay for a place I'm not going back to. I understand the specialize in periodontal desase. It was not the cost of what it could be that turned me away... it was the fact that "I went for an oil change and was recommended a bunch of other work". I understand their concern for my gums... but I went in for a complete different issue. I don't have use of my front teeth and they recommended my 2 wisdom teeth to be pulled... I don't have issues with my wisdom teeth... and they wanted 2 types of xrays... a lot of other things were in the spotlight before their concern that I can't even bite into lettuce. If you are worried about your gum health, this is your place... you just want implants, this is not your place. Also, having a bad experience patient that doesn't want "the works" doesn't excuse how he ignored his front receptionist Megan. Megan is a great personality. She did amazing.

I highly recommend Dr. Rawlings. I started out with braces and he worked with me throughout the years to check on the process with the braces alongside the status of the bone removal procedure he performed on me. He has wonderful doctor-patient manners and is wonderful at explaining everything that he is doing and why he is doing it. As glad as I am that I'm done with mouth procedures, I'm truly going to miss him and the staff. He truly runs his practice with heart and I appreciate all that him and his staff has done for me. I will forever recommend Dr. Rawlings and I hope he continues to find success in his career.

Exception attention by office staff. Dr Young is skilled and his bedside manner is wonderful. Highly recommend this practice. My procedure was a dental implant

Beware. They don't work with insurance even though my insurance company called and sent letters several times just asking for their tax ID number to reimburse me. They never gave me a plan but told me it would cost $15,000.00. I went to Dr. Bordalay in Richmond Hill Ga. I got great service, a plan, my gums fixed with pin hole surgery which is minimum pain and a forth of the cost. He works with all insurance. Stay clear of this creepy office. I've reported them to the BBB and I'm reporting them to the Periodontal Agencies as well. Something is wrong if they won't share a tax ID number!! Very strange and I've been hurt enough by bad Doctors!! Please be careful!!

I went to Savannah Perio and Implants for about 3 years while living in Savannah. They were great to work with! The doctors are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I had a jaw surgery and Dr. Rawlings even called to check up on me afterwards and make sure I was feeling ok. The hygienists are all really nice and do a great job with the cleanings. I would highly recommend them!
