Whether you have full insurance coverage or none at all, our medical and dental care is accessible to anyone who needs it. We will work with those patients who do not have insurance or are under-insured to set up affordable payment plans based on a sliding fee scale. We do not judge and we treat everyone with the same compassion and professional expertise wed expect if we were in their shoes.
Family HealthCare recognizes the importance of preventive medicine, early intervention, and management of disease. Your primary care provider will get to know you and your medical history so they can deliver more personal and comprehensive medical care that includes preventive care such as health screenings and vaccinations.
We offer onsite dental care, labs, x-rays, radiology, behavior health assessments, vision care, physical therapy, and a full-service pharmacy. We can also help you better manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
Family HealthCare plays an important role in supporting the safety and health of ourcommunity. By providing preventive medicine and the consistent management of disease for the most vulnerable of our neighborsthose with low incomes and diverse cultures we minimize unnecessary hospitalizations, emergency room trips and complications from untreated health problems.
As a federally-qualified health center, Family HealthCare is governed by a Board of Directors, which is a volunteer and patient based body, where over half of our board members are actual patients. Our board members have broad and diverse backgrounds in community leadership, business, finance, healthcare, and academia.
The Board defines the mission and vision of Family HealthCare, is responsible for financial outcomes, oversees the chief executive officer, and opens doors as its members are ambassadors for the organization.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Pat leads Family HealthCare in achieving its mission by assuring a culture of quality, safety, innovation and accountability to our patients, staff, funders and community. Pat earned his Master of Science degree in Public, Human Service and Health Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Administration and Long-Term Care Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead Minnesota.
As Vice President of Operations, Mark works with all members of the team in optimizing operational performance and clinical workflows while expanding strategic efforts around patient experience and satisfaction. Mark has over 30 years of clinical and operational experience within several healthcare systems in North Dakota. He received a bachelors degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduate degrees from California State University, Northridge, and Minot State University.
As the chief operating officer and deputy CEO at Family HealthCare, Kaylin leads all operational aspects at both clinics and provides strategic and executive guidance to the management teams. Kaylin graduated from Mayville State University, Mayville ND, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He has over 30 years of experience in health care and as a senior executive in Medicare and Medicaid health care operations.
As the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Margaret is responsible for providing fiscal oversight for Family HealthCare and overall management of the financial and administrative functions of FHC. As the financial lead, she is also responsible for the integration of that discipline into the overall strategic plan in all of FHCs programs. Margaret is a CPA and earned bachelors degrees in Accounting and Business Administration-Finance from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. She has over 25 years of experience working in public accounting and various controller and CFO roles.
Family HealthCare is a community health center and a nonprofit 501(c)3 federally qualified health center. We exist because everyone should have access to exceptional, quality healthcare that is affordable, compassionate, dignified and respectful. We offer a full range of healthcare to everyone, including the most vulnerable.
