Made appointment online on July 27, 2022 for October 8, 2022. Went to appointment and was told I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. All this time I kept getting text messages reminding me of my appointment today and I confirmed my appointment with one text. I even showed the receptionist my text message confirming my appointment. I was asked if I called for the appointment or made it online. I said online. She looked somewhere else on the computer and said I had cancelled the appointment. NO I DID NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. She said yes I did because the computer said I did. As I was leaving I told her that if a person cancels their appointment they shouldn't be receiving all these reminder texts about their appointment if THEY CANCELLED it.

Can't ask for a better dentist office. Everyone is pleasant and happy to see you. The staff makes sure you know what they are doing and what to expect.

It's been about 20 months since last cleaning. Very thorough exam and cleaning. Love the education and professional warnings over not caring for your gums. I will be flossing more!! Thank you!!!!

Everyone was very nice! Jeana always goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and really instructs me well on flossing more correctly. The Dr is always nice, love joking around but then she gets serious also about trying to do better job cleaning near gums better. Appreciate new toothbrush. Thank you everyone Take care Be safe!

The dentist did a great job fixing one of my cavities and I no longer have a problem with food getting stuck between my back teeth after the repair. The staff is all super friendly and beautiful!

This was my first visit due to pain and swelling. They were able to get me in, explain the process and evaluate my issue. Through the process they were courteous and professional and ensured I understand their concerns and the needed treatment! Highly recommend them for your dental cares!

Called 3 months ago for an appointment after confirming with them that they took United Healthcare Insurance. Called this morning to again verify they accepted UHC. Showed up at the appointment today and we get "No, we don't take United Healthcare." The lady in the front office couldn't even figure out the difference between United Healthcare and Medicare. This is the second time we ran into incompetence regarding insurance coverage and making insurance claims at this office. We are done. Do not recommend because of poor business practices and poorly trained support staff.
