Dr. Lawal Garuba, better known simply as Dr. G, is a compassionate and friendly dentist dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care in a comfortable environment. His calm demeanor and attentiveness to patients needs set him apart. He understands that dental care can be expensive, so his goal is to make it affordable for everyone.
Dr. Garuba obtained his dental training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received the Rice Scholarship awarded to students with exceptional academic performance. He also obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Missouri State University. Dr. Garuba has spent the majority of his career providing dental care to communities with limited access to care in the South Chicagoland area.
His public health background has greatly influenced his approach to dental care, which is largely preventative and minimally invasive. Dr. Garuba understands that dentistry is constantly advancing, and he is committed to staying up to date through continuing education courses. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Chicago Dental Society.

After an hour of working on my tooth, the pain was too much to take. They gave me my money back and referred me to a badly reviewed spot in Chicago Heights. During the process, they never used gas to knock me out so the pain wouldn't linger. They over did it on the numbing and applied too much pressure to the hurting area. If it's painful, they won't even start on you. They prefer painless experiences. Never going back there again if the dentist is that much of a wimp to use gas next time.
