The dentist is a very good dentist, but I quit going because his staff are very rude. I gave them my insurance info over phone 2 weeks before my appointment and the day of my appt they refused to file my insurance. Said they didn't have time to verify my insurance. The woman that checked me out was definitely the capital B word.

My experience was amazing! I had an infected tooth that had chipped and had an abscess. Called on a Wednesday, was able to get in the next day. Dr. Brooks was so loving and caring when he saw how swollen my face was. He put me on an antibiotic and had me to come in the following week to pull the tooth. While pulling the tooth, he talked me through everything he was doing when I would feel pressure etc... He's the BEST! I'm going to have my kids to go there as well. I also love his friendly staff and welcoming environment. Dr. Brooks also has done 2 root canals for my husband. My husband had a great positive experience as well!

My daughter had some work do do her month now this makes the second time and I don't care for the dentist or one of the staff rude and hateful people. And when you try calling them and they don't answer.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I was offered a lip balm, some mouth wash and even a pain relief pill at the end, so considerate! I really loved talking to all the folks there and an hour flew by without me even noticing. As for the service itself it has to be one of the best tooth repair I've had in a long time, everything went great with no complications(Oh I'm used to complications in dental lol), the tooth didn't hurt during or after the process, I'm definitely coming again! And the price was afordable too actually, as my husband pointed out later x) I absolutely recommend this lovely place

Dr. Brooks was amazing with my 4 year old during cleanings & other procedures , and also myself when I had a tooth pulled. The staff is very nice, & always professional. Highly recommend.

Very poor service I called for appointment they told me they had a 12 45 slot open I was told that I couldn't have that slot that some one else needed it now keep in mind my tooth is dangling out my gums but I was pushed to the side cause one of there friends needed to get in be for me

Charge you 25.00 $ and call you a liar cause they didn't check their messages. Please people and this lady was paying you big money to do her teeth. You lost out and we got better customer service.
