Very expensive! It cost me $525.00 to have a molar pulled and panoramic x-rays done. A piece of tooth was left in my mouth(that did fall out a week later)but when I spoke with the receptionist she point blank said to me I doubt that! She was rude and unprofessional.

I had a filling done there, and whatever instrument they used left a blister on my lip that lasted a week. They said another tooth needed a crown. They were out of network, so to save money I went to an in network dentist who told me I didn't need a crown at all. That was 2 years ago and that tooth is still fine. However, that first filling that Dr D did (that left a blister) needed to be replaced after 1 year. My daughters both had overbites, so as soon as Dr D recommended I take them to an orthodontist, I did. The oldest one started with a retainer but I was told twice by 2 different orthodontists (1 that Dr D recommended) that my youngest needed to wait until she lost all her teeth. About a year later, the hygienist gave me a hard time about the "severe condition" of my children's teeth and that I hadn't gotten them ortho treatment as recommended. She was just rude about it, like I was purposely neglecting my kids; she didn't even ask if they had seen an orthodontist, just started going off. So that was the last time we went there.

Honestly the best and for me - ON TIME. Ihave never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I'm also on their yearly plan and it has saved me so much money. Dr D and her staff is fantastic.

I have been using Dr. Dee for a year now and I am extremely satisfied with the work and the staff is amazing. Always very friendly and they address all my concerns immediately. They have a great in house dental plan that is very affordable to get the hygiene care and x-rays needed for preventative maintenance. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Tkx Dr. Dee

I have high anxiety when it comes to dentists and she is the best one I have been to. Dr. D and her staff are extremely understanding and compassionate. I'd recommend her over and over again

Dr D is awesome! She is very caring about her patients and loves them all. She is all about options and helping patients get the issue resolved. Her staff is great too. Her new office location is beautiful and clean.

Love Dr. Dee and her staff! They are always friendly and accommodating. My late husband and I have been patients of hers for a long time, and the service has always been top-notch without any complaints whatsoever!

I am not one to write reviews. However, after reading the caustic remarks posted here, I was aghast. Surely, I thought those negative posting people must be talking about some OTHER dentist. Be that as it may, I feel compelled to write my truth about Dr. D., and her posse. The energy in her office is positive and upbeat. The following is authored by one neat easily impressed. have been seeing Dr. D., for at least 10 years; following her from another practice to her own. When she went out of network, I changed networks. I could go on with laudatory remarks about her practice, but I will resign to just one specific visit early in our relationship. She is an expert in facial anatomy, and much to my surprise knew where to place injections to minimize the less than pleasant pokes and numb the area where she needed to work. I have referred co-workers, family members and friends to Dr. D. She has always been a consummate professional and looked out for my well-being, giving me solid advice and guidance (some of which I foolishly failed to heed which I came to regret. In short.........Dr. D., is the bomb. I adore her, and of course "E" too!

A referral was made by Dr. D to a periodontist for services and I met with the periodontist. Then COVID hit. I was very nervous about anyone being "in my face" during that time as I am one of those "high risk" persons. I put off the services for the periodontist until I felt more comfortable. In the meantime, my routine cleaning came up also during COVID and the office called and canceled, stating they had canceled all appointments. Approximately 1 to 2 months later, I received a call from Satilla that I needed to come in for a routine cleaning - they called me. When I arrived for the appointment, I immediately felt a difference in the atmosphere. The hygienist was very short with me. She asked if I had any problems and I told her that I had not been able to see the periodontist yet. Without giving me an opportunity to explain that it was due to COVID and the fact that I needed to save up close to $2,000 for the procedure, she immediately said that she wasn't sure if she would be able to clean my teeth since I had not had the procedure done yet. I tried to ask her why that would make a difference whether or not I should get my teeth cleaned, but she left in a huff stating that she had to discuss that with Dr. D to see whether she was allowed to do the cleaning. When she came back, her words to me were, "Dr. D says that since you are already here that I can clean your teeth, but that if I had not had the periodontist treatment done by the next time, that she would refuse to see me." At that point, it felt as if they were doing ME A FAVOR by allowing me to be their patient. I immediately told the hygienist that I do not do business with people who treat their clients like that and she would do me "no favors". Of course, her tune changed when I told her that. I again told her I didn't do business with people who act that way and left. I never received a call from Dr. D or anyone else at the office, so I would NEVER RECOMMEND this office. There are plenty of other dentists who know how to treat their clients. I do not recommend.
