Poor business model. New patients can't be seen for 4-5 months, making it a challenge for annual insurance timelines. I understand the need to meet the demand of your existing patients, but it's far more costly to acquire new customers than to retain existing ones. Seems silly to turn away eager new customers who are trying to determine their long-term provider for their family.

SBFD recently did a cleaning for a family member with special needs. They were great. We coordinated ahead of time and developed a plan. We were able to do x-rays, scaling, cleaning, and even a fluoride treatment without a single problem. I can't say enough about the hygienists the office manager and the dentist all of whom were great

This was my first time in and it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. My teeth have never felt better! I highly recommend these guys

Outstanding customer service from the start! The facility is comfortable & updated, lots of smiles & a great atmosphere. My insurance coverage was explained thoroughly, before & after my initial exam. I was scheduled & seen promptly. My Dental Hygienist Kristen was absolutely fabulous, not only with her skills but with making my visit as enjoyable & pleasant as possible!! She was attentive & reassuring, most definitely a keeper for future scheduled maintenance!! Thank you Satellite Family Dentistry, see you in July~

I was having a painful dental issue and called Satellite Family Dentistry to make an appointment. Well, Amanda, the extremely pleasant and professional receptionist, gave me an appointment for the very next day. Upon arrival, I signed in for my appt and was called back less than 5 minutes later to see Dr. Chapman. After quickly evaluating my dental situation, I was given a numbing injection, received some light drill work and was on my way home. My appointment was for 11:20 and I was home by 11:45! The overall treatment I received from start to finish at Satellite Family Dentistry was nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I are new to this dentist office and love it! I give this office and all the professionals there my highest recommendation.

My Dr. Calderon is truly wonderful. My dental hygienist is just very knowledgeable, gentle and kind. I feel very comfortable with the staff!

I met Vickie Smith in our local beachside community and she recommended Satellite Family Dentistry! I explained to her that I haven't gone to a dentist in more time than I care to admit, because I didn't have dental insurance. She explained how amazing the new patient no insurance price was and how quickly I could get in to be evaluated. Within a couple weeks I was scheduled and seen. The office was beyond beautiful, the staff all amazing and friendly. The X-rays were done, with little discomfort and the office didn't have all the "scary" noises of all the tools for cleaning echoing in the halls like other offices I've been to in the past. They also have a pediatric side as well. Extremely efficient and after my exam when Dr. Chapman spoke with me none of the recommendations felt pressured at all. An explanation of what was recommended for my particular care plan was printed and gone over in detail with me. Highly recommend for anyone with or without Dental insurance.

Dr. Calderon is the best dentist I've ever been to. He not only does incredible work, he makes you feel completely at ease the whole time. The whole team at Satellite Dentistry is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Calderon to anyone, especially those who have bad anxiety about going to the dentist. I've had horrible experiences in the past with dentists, which caused me to have severe anxiety prior to a dentist appointment. I had cavities on nearly every tooth and had tooth pain all the time. Until i started going to SFD about a year ago. My fears and anxiety about going to the dentist are completely gone, I no longer have tooth pain and have just 1 visit till all my cavities are gone. Best of all, I feel like i can smile with confidence again. I couldn't be happier and I am so greatful for Dr. Calderon and SFD.

Absolutely amazing!!! Dr. Calderon came out to me after seeing my 3 kids, gave me a run down on their teeth, then chatted with me for 10min. So personable and nice with both myself and my kids. Office is clean and beautiful. Pediatric side is amazing!! Staff was friendly and the hygienists checked with me first before performing any additional procedures so no hidden costs. Love this office. We'll be patients for life.

Dr. Calderon and his staff are some of the best. They are always professional and pleasant. I started using them when I lost a filling and they worked me in. I have been a fan/Patient of their office ever since.

Dr. Chapman and his team were wonderful. My family was on vacation and had a dental emergency and they got us right in. My daughter was very nervous but the team there was so professional and eased her fears. Thank you all for your help! I highly recommend this office!
