Dr. Sass attended our very own Oregon Health Sciences University and earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. With special interests in surgery, he continued his education with a residency program at the VA Hospital in San Diego, California. Brian completed rotations in the oral surgery, anesthesiology, head and neck, endodontic, prosthodontic and general dentistry departments of the hospital. Brian is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and maintains a license in deep sedation practices. Brian's training has given him the opportunity to expand his technical abilities in the most difficult of clinical situations.
Missing the amazing Northwest, Brian returned to Portland where he has been fortunate to practice dentistry with a devoted and deeply caring dental team. His skill and dedicated work ethic, as well as over 15 years practicing, makes him a strong ally to his patients and community. Brian is a member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association and the Multnomah County Dental Society. He stays current in dentistry through continuing education and participates in a Southeast Portland Study Club. Brian is a contributor to the Oaks Bottom Lions Club and works with Compassion SE's non-profit dental clinics.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys restoring his early-century home excited to turn something from being worn out to beautiful again. He and his wife, Katie, enjoy spending time outdoors with their Bernese mountain dog, Scout. You may catch him riding his vintage motorcycle in the neighborhood or reading up on vintage cars; however, he is mostly content relaxing at home with his daughters, Geneva and Carmela.
Jamie is the first person you'll meet when you come in to our office. She is our receptionist and go-to girl for all of your general dental and insurance questions. If you call the office, you'll most likely be talking to Jamie on the other end!
Jamie has been in dentistry for over 15 years. She has worked in both general dental and orthodontic offices, so she's got a wealth of information to share with you! Jamie got into this field because she loves to work with people and enjoys building relationships with patients and their families.
Jamie, husband Ryan, children Emmie and Jack and beloved mutt, Stanley, enjoy camping and spending time with family and friends. Jamie's sweet cat, Andie, stays home waiting for a lap to curl up in! In her spare time Jamie loves to read.

Deby Gillham is our Office Manager. She has been working in this industry for over 20 years and brings a great deal of experience along with her. Deby was originally drawn to this field because of her love of teeth: their character, their shape, their color! And it's even better now that science is giving them the attention they deserve!
