They don't know how to do dentures I can't even wear the ones I got, can't wear them without being in terrible pain. They don't know how to do the billing I have had to point out 2 times they owe me money and they try to scam you and keep it. I wouldn't recommend them if even if they paid me. The worst

Best dentist office I've ever been too! The dental assistants and Dr.Sarver are amazing! I always leave with a smile on my face. They interact with you and it definitely makes a difference with your experience. They make you feel like family. Life is already hard as it is so if they can make me smile for the little time I'm there, it makes a huge difference in someone's day! Tonee, the hygienist was also amazing, best cleaning I've ever had!!!! Definitely recommend and I'm not a fan of dental offices but I'm glad I chose Dr.Sarver office, Dr. Sarver and his dental assistants made my root canal procedure painless and comfortable!!

I was searching for a new dentist since my old dentist changed their hours. I choose Sarver dental since it was close to my house and had a decent rating review. From my first appointment to my last I always felt like they were rushing and I was a bother. Most of the staff (including two different dentist) were just rude and not pleasant. At one appointment I even brought up whitening my teeth and the dentist and hygienist both told me they don't do in office whitening even through their website list "in office whitening" and told me to buy over the counter at home whitening stuff. My finally straw was at my last appointment for a filling. The hygienist was not pleasant and a bit unfriendly. I felt like she rushed since it was close to closing time on a Saturday. She asked me how my teeth felt and I told her it had still felt wrong and after the third time of me saying it I must have irritated her and told me she couldn't do anything else. I still had cotton in my mouth after she had cleaned up everything and gave me the whole spill on my filling. I went to hand her the cotton she left in my mouth and she rudely told me to just throw it up on the cart that was a ways away (I'm assuming because she had already taken off her gloves). She could tell I was irritated before I left and had even told me that she felt uncomfortable having me leave like that and if she had done somthing wrong. I'm not one to make a seen in public and informed her that she was making me uncomfortable as a patient by wanting me to stay. I will be calling my old dentist and figuring out times that I can work around.

Super Spectacular awesome amazing terrifically Terrific pleasant kind caring compassionate excellent service today on Wonderful Wellness Wednesday. Dr. Syed; Jerrica; Sergio; and Angela waited on me today and I was well pleased. They all deserve a Trophy and a plaque for their wonderfully wonderful service..

9/7/22 was my first appointment at Sarver Family Dental. I was referred by another party who is also self insuring their dental needs. The surprisingly low fees is what originally inspired me to make an appointment. Even though that is important to me as a senior on Medicare, it was the exceptional service I received that will have me returning. The reception area staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when I stopped in for information. My appointment was made for the next day and I was given the new patient paperwork to complete prior to my appointment to save time the next day. At my appointment, my hygienist, Tonee asked if I was having any issues. For the last 2 years, I have had a tooth bothering me but did not know which tooth it was. Tonee took the usual ex-rays in addition to a panoramic. Dr. Syed did not give up until he found which tooth it was. After discussing all the options, I chose to extract the tooth. Tonee was amazing at numbing the area and Dr. Syed extracted the tooth with relatively no pain. Both were very reassuring during the whole process. I would highly recommend Sarver Family Dental.

I had a cleaning last night. The staff are friendly and professional. Ask for Celia, she is wonderful! Dr. Sarver was welcoming. I hadn't been to a dentist in more than 25 years! I used my insurance which provided an incentive for the cleaning. The examination was thorough! Do not neglect your teeth!

Great Experience, yesterday August 2, 2022 at Sarver Dental for dental cleaning and tooth restoration. My dental hygiene Tonee D first encounter was amazing! She was extremely thorough and informative on educated me on my hygiene needs. She is definitely a gem to your office. Will request her in future for any dental cleaning needs.

I've been seeing Dr. Sarver for several years now... always been helpful (especially during emergencies!) and haven't had any bad experiences there. I did see a different dentist this visit (Dr. Foster, I believe) so no 'review' of him yet, but Dr. Sarver is excellent! I'd also like to give a KUDOS to Celia, the technician who cleaned my teeth at this appt---THE BEST CLEANING that I think I've ever had done!!! very thorough and painless

BEYOND thrilled with my experience at Dr.Sarvers office!! GREAT staff, my wonderful assistant Cheznee was amazing, very gentle, and made sure my experience was pain free and comfortable. RECOMMEND this office to anyone!

Agree with everyone else. Stopped going here when they were still in the old building. It's ashame b/c my husband really liked Sarver. Dr Sarver is a good Dentist but his staff is beyond rude and down right abusive to patients. Too bad, you'd think Dr. Sarver would've done something about this with his name on the building. They must be family is all I can figure.

I went in for a cleaning and to get my cavities filled, Tonee was my hygienist. She was very gentle and patient and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. My teeth felt the best they ever did afterwards! I highly recommend Tonee and Dr. Sarvars office.

What a great place for dental care. Kristina and Tonee worked with me and they were polite and knowledgeable. I was spoiled by my last dentist. I worried about not finding a suitable dentist for my needs. Dr. Sarver is a fine dentist. He examined my teeth and helped me with a plan for future dental work.

Please let me start by saying that there are SOOO many things I would prefer to do than visit the dentist but thanks to Tonee and Raven, I have changed my perspective. Tonee's attention to detail during my cleaning is NOTHING like I have ever experienced. I'm also not much for 'small talk' most hygenists like to do and she matches my vibe. She is all business, gets it done and is EXTREMELY professional. Love that! The same day I also had my Ortho appointment and Raven took care of that. Again, I like the in and out efficiency of an appointment and Raven was all of that and more. Her personality is also so pleasing and its clear that she likes her job. That comes across to the patients and it makes a difference in how we are cared for as patients. Thanks ladies, my teeth LOOK and FEEL GREAT!!!

Really recommend going to Sarver. Patient care was really great. I had to get a crown put on and I cannot say enough about the staff their, especially Raven. Outstanding work by her to do it right and to put me at ease. Thank you

I should have known from the get go when they took the wrong x-ray, and the dentist was misinformed of what tooth he was working on that this was bad business. I didn't even have my paper work finished before they started moving forward. They'd already had me numb and gave me a shot before the office manager came in and had a rude attitude. She told me verbatim, "If I didn't like it I was free to leave." So I left. I didn't feel comfortable or safe with them working on my teeth after so many strange happenings. If I managed this place and I found out about this I'd be absolutely dumb founded. You may have a better experience than me, and I hope you do. But I strongly recommend you don't use this place.

I've been seeing Dr. Sarver for almost a decade and highly recommend this practice. From braces to standard dental work my experience has always been positive. While getting dental work done isn't exactly an enjoyable experience, the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Sarver and his staff make the overall experience comfortable.

After we moved to NW Indiana we were looking for a family owned dentist, not a chain. Been there and done that. A chain makes you feel like a product rather than a customer. Ever since coming here things have been smooth and very little wait times. Each hygienist I've had has been really friendly and they do a good job cleaning my teeth. I see lots of negative reviews about the front desk on here, but I've never had a problem with them. They've been pretty friendly to me each time I've gone. The facility is very clean and easy to get to. I have had many different dentists in my lifetime and I have to say that Dr. Sarver is the most nice and funny dentist I have ever had. This was the family dentistry we were looking for.
