The staff and dentist were very professional. I was treated for a routine visit (exam and cleaning) that I had scheduled being a new patient at their office. I was pleased & set up for my next 6 month checkup.

Saratoga Dental came highly recommended to me many years ago when i had relocated to this area. The office is very nice along with really friendly front desk staff & excellent tech. staff. The Dentist is always very accommodating when I have needed a last min. change in my 6 month dental cleaning appointment & also squeezing me in last min. for an emergency I had with a tooth I had cracked. My dentist Dr. Shazia Mehdi is always nice & very friendly & is an excellent dentist's. I cracked a tooth & she took the time to explain all of my treatment options, the process & time frame to repair my tooth. I always feel comfortable that I'm getting the best dental treatment.

the new receptionist is very rude never smiles,on her phone when you're trying to check in when she called to change my appointment didnt sound very nice and the wait time is a little long in the office but other then that the doctor is amazing hygienist is phenomenal and clean work area

Had fillings and an extraction Dr was very quick and nice felt like was taking a history lesson made it go by quicker she is great and smart thank you for giving my smile back

First off they should get zero stars. I had an appointment at 10am, sat there for 30 minutes. Then they brought me to the back and said I was there for a crown and something else. I said no I was there for a cleaning. Oh ok, we are understaffed so I will be back to do x-rays, I have to check on others in the waiting room. I sat there for 15 more minutes and I said that I need to reschedule, I have to be to work. They fit me in within a few weeks. This time I called ahead to ask if they were running on time, they said yes. Again my appointment was for 10am. They got me right in at 10am, did the x-rays. I then sat there for 30 more minutes waiting for my cleaning. I took the bib off and walked out. There were four elderly people in the waiting room. Disgusting making them sit there forever. They tried to call me and I ignored them. I found a new dentist that doesn't overbook and cares about their patients. I DO NOT recommend Saratoga Dental.

It was a lot of years since I have seen a Dentist. I needed to see a Dentist ASAP! .Someone I knew referred me to Saratoga Dental so I made an appointment..I was in alot of pain from a broken tooth and Dr Shazia and her team took great care of me . I rarely post negative reviews but Doctor Medhi is actively hostile to her patients and staff. I came in with a chipped molar and she drilled/ground it without giving me any type of anesthetic. It was super painful and then she got mad at me because my bite doesn't line up perfectly. Like that's something I can control. The doctor is incredibly unfriendly and will not explain at any point what she's doing, even if it's really painful. That said, in spite of how hostile she is to her staff, I've never had a problem with her employees. Unlike the doctor, they are very nice and professional and the office is clean. For regular cleanings, this isn't the worst place, but for anything more involved go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is one of the only dental offices that seem to accept medicaid and have any appointments open. It's worth going somewhere else if you can though.

WARNING!!! THIS PRACTICE IS CURRENTLY FACING SEVERAL REPORTS FROM MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON A FEDERAL LEVEL!!! First off, before I share my personal experience, it is very important to understand Dr. Shazia Mehdi forces her employees to rate and review her practice 5 stars. She also personally creates multiple fake accounts and rates herself highly across multiple websites. I realize how bizarre this might sound, but it's a sad reality. As for my experience, when I met you Dr. Shazia I was a 21 year old girl. I am now almost 31 and still suffer pain in the tooth you gutted down to the nerve and filled incorrectly. The dentist I visited after you told me it looked like you had just scooped the insides out of my tooth, then placed silver filling on top of raw nerves. He told me dentists don't use this type of filling anymore. He also told me he has fixed teeth from several people that have come to him after visiting you. There is an ex employee of yours who works at my dentist's office. She says you give employees gift cards in exchange for positive online reviews, and it felt forceful. She didn't go into detail, but she also said you verbally abused her as well as all of your employees. She seemed genuinely scared and upset by you. When I was sitting in your chair the day you destroyed my teeth, I witnessed you berating a staff member who was present. So in conclusion, do not go here, this lady is a 60 Minutes episode waiting to happen. She will see her day come when that karma hits and I'm looking forward to it. God bless everyone and please protect them and ward them away from this place.
