I had a wisdom tooth removed, I thought the office was very pleasant explained everything, the doctor I had, was fantastic,Very explanatory the nurses were very good they were gentle and when I returned home I had absolutely no pain from that extraction.

If you have dental anxiety, please find another practice. If you don't, this place would likely be fine. But if you have severe anxiety, find a place that specializes in that. These folks have zero experience with dental anxiety and it shows.

I had an implant done by Dr. Bulford almost 4 years ago. During the surgery, he damaged the main nerve that runs below the lower teeth and I have permanent numbness in part of my lower lip and one inch along the gum line. Another maxillofacial surgeon in Schenectady said that it was clearly the surgeon's fault Bulford said that it would take a year or more for the nerve to heal. Yeah, right. Before the surgery, an associate of Bulfrod's had me sign three pages of possible things that could go wrong, and permanent numbness due to nerve damage was one of them. That, alone, should've raised a red flag. Don't have an implant done by this so-called surgeon!

Wisdom teeth removal by Dr.Wun, fast recovery, and my pain was managed so well. Still sore a week later but other than that back to normal! No infections, no huge swelling, would recommend!

Oral surgery is never pleasant. Dr Wun is absolutely the best , very caring, very professional.

Beyond inconsiderate.... The consultation for my 14 year-old's surgery was good, then went downhill from there.... After she woke up from the surgery, she was shuffled out quickly while crying and snotting and drooling all over herself and without cleaning her up, they just put her mask back on!!! The lack of compassion is overwhelming - they were just in her mouth for 2 hours the risk of COVID happened already... and you just slap her mask back on her shuffle her out the door and move on... the pretty bag and ice pack do not make up for the lack of compassion! Now we are at the follow up appointment and the Dr. is running an hour late... we drive 40 minutes and no phone call!

i was diagnosed with a bacteria producing tooth snd the best treatment for this condition was determined to have the diseased tooth extracted and have a implant installed. An appointment was quickly secured here with Dr.Zachery Schonfield. Because my heart disease was treated with stents, i called his office and and requested an earlier appointment because harmful bacteria released into the blood stream can create a very danger medical suituation for some patient, i have heard and read. I do not know how they did it and much to my delight Dr. Schonfield office responded by calling back latter that same day and offered to perform the operation the next moring to abstract and install the implant, a full eight days sooner than the original operation date. They did not have to ask me twice. I appreciated their courteous and efficent workmenship like manner in which they conducted themselves throughout the operation. No complications as of now and i do not expect any, that i will report later if any occur. thanks guys i would give you ten stars if i could, O what a relief it is.

1st they charge $100 for a consultation 2nd the dentist that did the work wasn't the one I initially saw.And then was supposed to have no co pay but because they waited 7 months submit the insurance paperwork I was hit with a $500 bill .So no wouldn't recommend at all

I got a wisdom tooth removed here two weeks ago and it went perfectly! The staff were all very nice and knew what they were doing and did everything they could to minimize my anxiety. After the procedure I had very very little pain and had no problems with recovery! They were also very kind when I was high from the medicine and patent with me after I woke up. Definitely recommend them for tooth removals!
