Do not go to Dr. Sharma. I wish I had read all the reviews. A doctor should want to make you have the best smile, not laugh at you when their procedure is painful and goes totally wrong. I lost my front two teeth because of Dr. Sharma and her negligence. She shrugged it off. Everything got worse after her treatment, then she said "it's no guarantee". I asked for further options and apparently there were none after spending thousands- she made everything worse. A density should make your smile, not break it.

I'd say that Dr. Sharma's treatment and customer service are cookie-cutter at best, but that would be giving them too much credit since I left here worse off than when I came in. Steer clear of this dumpster fire for your own sake

If I could do zero stars I would. Dr. Sharma is not qualified and a total SCAM. I can't speak for the entire establishment, but I can say that I received the worst treatment and care. I had a skin graft done which was over 2000$. I went back a month later for the 30 day check up and let her know that the area was not covered and I was experiencing pain. She brushed it off, said it looked fine (and later I found out- did not write down what I had said in my notes- that I felt not evoking skin was take to cover the area and it was totally exposed). Went back for the 60 day review AFTER seeing my dentist for a cleaning. My dentist, Dr. Keith Blessitt, refused to clean the area because he wanted me to go back immediately and speak with her and agreed that it was not done correctly. When I told her this- she was arrogant and rude and walked out of the room when I mentioned it should be re-done. Now I was calm and not happy about having a skin graft be redone- however, she's young- I figured lets just get this right. Her assistant was appalled and agreed with me. The receptionist even called to apologize. Needless to say, I did not go back, nor was she open to fixing her mistake. We are currently serving a medical malpractice lawsuit and have found many other elderly people that she has done this to. Do not get anything done by Dr. Shama- from the bottom of my heart...I told her about the pain and she did not even care- literally walked out and could not handle being told something wasn't right. Unethical medical treatment, period.

I have been a patient here for several years and the work they do and support they give me is excellent. I have had recurring gum disease over the years and they were able to turn it around. Dr Hanah did some amazing work! They work closely with my dentist and are always friendly and professional.

Dr. Gonzalez is the absolute best periodontist! My two front teeth were crowns. Unfortunately I was in an accident and one broke off at the gum line and one cracked. As a single female, I can't adequately describe how upset I was. I might not have been as upset if it were a molar but these were my two front teeth! Smiles are important! I went to two dentists who do periodontal work including my previous dentist and 2 periodontists including Dr. Gonzalez. My previous dentist was the cheapest but as I learned, his plan (to replace both crowns with implants) would have left me with a drooping gum line. Real attractive, right! The other periodontist actually told me that if I wanted the best, I should go to Dr. Gonzalez! Nothing says the best more than a colleague turning down business and referring you to someone else! Dr. Gonzalez had me work with Dr. McAvoy at Cooper Creek Dental and the two of them tag teamed my care. It was a long process (11 months) but absolutely necessary. Dr. Gonzalez placed my implant perfectly which allowed Dr. McAvoy to place my crown perfectly. Seriously, Dr. Gonzalez could not have possibly done a better job. Absolutely flawless! I'm super super super (did I say super) happy with the results! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gonzalez for all your periodontal needs.

My wife and I recently moved back to Florida from Hawai'i. Dr. Farris and his associates are the most professional, caring and dedicated group that I have ever have the pleasure to meet. Yesterday I had my first scheduled cleaning done by Vanessa. It was the best cleaning procedure that I have experienced in my life. I've had wonderful experiences with Sarasota Periodontal Associates. I have had grafting work done there and everyone associated with the practice is extremely professional, thorough, and skilled. Dr. Gonzalez is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience at Sarasota Periodontal Associates. Dr Gonzalez was extremely caring and patient explaining the whole procedure that I need, I have scheduled my surgery and know I am in good hands. I would highly recommend Sarasota Periodontal Associates.

Dr Sharma and the staff made me feel very confident and comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. I was in the best possible care and in the best facility. One couldn't ask for more. The office is exceptionally clean. The staff very professional plus compassionate. Dr Sharma is the best. She has premier surgical skills and is incredibly patient and understanding of your apprehension.

Went in to office for a specific implant issues with Dr. Gonzalez. He conducted full examination except for my issue that I went in for and tried to up sell me. I left the office $375 later no farther ahead when I got there. Told me to come back two weeks later to discuss a treatment plan. Definitely going to another periodontist.

After a periodontal maintenance procedure with Lisa at the Sarasota Periodontal Associates, I once again came away being extremely pleased. Lisa has now treated me several times over two years and I continue to be totally impressed and satisfied after each visit with her. Lisa's approach is very friendly, thorough and caring. She is an exceptional Hygienist and deserves a shout out for her outstanding work.

Dr. Javier Gonzalez is a magician! He performed a gum graft and removed two tori. The results were outstanding - better than I had hoped - and the process was not nearly as unpleasant as I had feared. Dr. Gonzalez is a true professional who put me at ease with his professionalism and dedication to his craft. If you want outstanding results and to feel like a very important patient, Dr. Gonzalez is your guy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez since 2013 for various procedures. He is truly a professional in everything he does. He tells you exactly whats going on, even hand drawing diagrams to better explain the options and procedures. Dr. Gonzalez has an excellent chair-side manner providing a level of calmness in his voice. He even takes the time to ensure my wife is fully informed of all aspects of the procedures. Dr. Gonzalez and Sarasota Periodontal Associates are The Best!
