I would never recommend this company to anyone.When I originally called I was told what I needed would happen to my specific appointment. None of that happened. Not only was the office manager rude she said I wasn't told what I was told. I took a day off for nothing. Not just that but you broke HIPPA violations. I was able to see patients that are scheduled. The Dr was very basically just talking over my head. I would definitely not recommend this place. One positive note the person that checked me in was very nice. You broke HIPPA and you will be reported as I work in the medical environment.

I had a very good experience when I walked in the dentist place period. They were all nice down to the clerk person all of them had very nice and pleasant attitude made me feel welcomed and at home. I will continue to go there I found the dentist for me

We just moved from Brandon MS to Citronelle. I've been searching for a dentist nearby for months & finally came across Saraland Smiles!!! The staff has been nothing but AMAZING! They're super professional, kind & affordable (which we all know is very important in the times we are in). Thank you Saraland Smiles for everything!!

Staff is very nice. Warm welcomes and smiles. They always recognize us when we come in. They were very very thorough when making new dentures for my husband. They send them back 4 times to be sure they are right when you get them. I've never been to a dentist that has been as thorough and accurate as them!! The dentist explained everything to me about my exam and what it meant as well as gave me options for treatment. They work with you to find what works best for you. Highly recommend Saraland Smiles!

The front desk was very friendly and made the visit a pleasure. Rae and Kaeley was very helpful and professional. The Dentist was very knowledgeable. I could not recommend Saraland Smiles more highly.
