A full-on local (as much as an upstate-NY-born transplant can be), Dr. Cook is so happy to be back seaside. Hes a Laney grad, Seahawk grad, and ECU Pirate Dental grad. He and his wife, Anna, are parents to 2 rescue fur babies, Toby and Maya. Dr. Pless met Dr. Cook as an emergency patient when Cuddles the doggy broke his front tooth as a kid on a Saturday. Dr. Cook handles all of our patients restorative needs and finishing smile design touches.
The staff was so kind and caring...Dr. Cook came out and introduced himself in the waiting room, and he was so kind and caring throughout the entire process. I ended up getting a crown for my tooth, it was all done in one visit and I felt absolutely no pain....seriously....none!! I cannot recommend these folks enough...they are truly amazing.--Lindy M.

Fantastic dental studio. Everyone is so nice and your comfort is important to them. They have Netflix, massaging chairs with heat. So glad my wife found them

I've always loved going to the dentist, but somehow Renaissance dental studio has made me love it more! It's so inviting, comfortable, and the staff are amazing! Thank you for everything you guys do, I know my teeth and I are in great hands!

I have what I call "Dental Syndrome". I have canceled so many appointments out of fear and pain. Renaissance Dental Group headed by Dr. Sarah Pless DDS including Dr. Cooke and such a wonderful group of hygienists and support group has made my Dental Experience far more stress free.... I highly recommend this professional group as I know I am a life long patient at Renaissance.

My 4 year old daughter and I had a great first appointment at Renaissance Dental Studio. I knew going in that she had cavities but I was grateful that I never felt shamed or scolded for my child having cavities (like I had at a previous dentist with her). All of the staff made us feel very comfortable and supported and I'm grateful that we found this office. We are traveling all the way from Myrtle Beach, but it's worth the travel to have the right fit.

This office is beautiful. It is more like a plush Spa than a dental office. The staff could not be more welcoming and pleasant. The professionalism is beyond expectations. I highly recommend Renaissance

Renaissance Dental deserves more than 5 stars! From the scheduling team to the front desk to the dental hygienist and lastly the dentists, everyone made my experience an incredibly positive one. The staff at Renaissance ensure you are comfortable and know every step of the process! Everyone is so friendly and kind. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I love Dr. Pless and her staff. Dr. Pless is knowledgeable and up to date on all the new dental treatments. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Cook is great as well.

What a lovely dentist office! Omg, first off they make you feel so welcomed while there! I usually have horrible anxiety with dentist offices but renaissance is not the case! I'll definitely be telling everyone about this office! Thank you again and I can't wait for my Invisalign

I never enjoy going to a dentist. However, Everytime I visit Renaissance, it is an enjoyable experience. Doc is very gentle, you don't feel like your getting any work done. They make an unpleasant experience, enjoyable!

Dr. Pless and the rest of the team are very compassionate and mindful of my anxiety while seeing me. They were also amazing with my daughter when they revised her tongue tie as well as for her first dental visit. The office is clean and beautiful, honestly as someone who has terrible white coat anxiety coupled with starting a journey to fix terrible teeth if they can make me feel comfortable that says a lot, and they did. 10/10 recommend for children and adults.

I brought my 6 week old here for a tongue and lip tie revision. I was impressed the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with a warm welcome. Everyone at the front desk was very hospitable and accommodating. The team for the revision was incredible! The body worker, lactation consultant, and Dr. Pless all worked together well and handled my baby (and me!) with amazing care and compassion. I'm thankful I was referred to Renaissance and only wish I lived closer so they could be MY dentist .
