Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
During your first visit to our office, we will carefully review your dental history and conduct a comprehensive examination of your oral health. We will take X-rays of your mouth and evaluate the health your teeth and gums. If treatment is required, Dr. Davis or Dr. Bourji will explain your best options in care.

A fantastic team of great dental specialists!! Everyone there is the nicest, most professional person! They are our family dentists, and have been for the past 22 years when I first came for a cleaning. Kudos to Drs Davis and Bourji for a spectacular dental practice!!

I've gone to this dentist a few times and always thought there was something a little bit off about them. I went there for a cleaning and I take very good care of my teeth. While I was there, a dentist checked for cavities using a metal pick. I felt it sort of stick in one of my teeth. She claimed that I had 4 cavities, that I had developed 4 cavities in approximately a year. I don't have dental insurance and they told me it would be close to 1K to have my teeth filled. I was immediately suspicious so I went to another dentist who took x-rays and cleaned my teeth again because I wasn't happy with the work that these people performed-- and they informed me I didn't have any cavities. I realized that they, at Dr. Davis's office, had stuck the metal pick into a metal filling which is why it sort of stuck in my tooth-- I did not have 1K to frivolously spend on a dentist when they clearly make enough money to drive BMWs. Beware of these people...

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Davis and her office. I am terrified of the dentist. Upon entering the office I was greeted with a smile and even given the WIFI password! When the assistant ( Leanne) took me back to the room she was so nice and helped me calm my nerves. When Dr.Davis entered the room she explained what she was going to be doing and why. She also made a point to check in with me during the exam to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort. She then made a treatment plan and explained to me what was "top of the list " and why. By having this treatment plan it makes it very easy to make appointment and to plan ahead cost wise ( no major surprises ). We then discussed that at my next visit for me to use something called Nucalm. This has to be the best thing I have ever used! This amenity that Dr.Davis offers really helps patients become calm and let her do her best work. The office is clean, fresh and staff is very friendly. I am so happy that I found this office!

Both Dr. Davis and Dr. Bourji are fantastic, and the technicians clean teeth far better than anywhere else I've ever tried. I now live in Philly, but I come back to here to get my teeth cleanings and any other dental work done, as the competency of their team can't be matched.
