If anyone is looking for a dental office that does excellent and compassionate work, I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Reichert. She and her staff are wonderful. I recently had an old crown replaced and am very satisfied with both the outcome and how I was treated. I experience tremendous stress while undergoing complicated dental procedures. I asked for and received oral sedation. This made my experience much less of an ordeal. In fact, I barely remember it. Don't be ashamed to ask for this kind of help. We all need to take care of our teeth and we should be able to do it without fear. Thank you Dr. Reichert.

Very low quality work. My sister and I paid for dentures I paid 1200 $to remove teeth she gave me children's teeth and refused more service. She should have her license taken away

My experience at compassionate dentistry was phenomenal. I was experiencing tooth pain upon waking up and the were able to get me in right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and followed all the covid procedures perfectly. Dr. Riechers was fantastic! She repaired a tooth for me that another dentist botched many years ago and left me feeling so much more confident in my smile! I would highly recommend compassionate dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist in the rogue valley. I've already scheduled future appointments at their office because I was so impressed.

The staff is awesome, humorous, and of course Sara is super professional, and the name speaks for itself. Compassionate dentistry. Takes the fear of going to the dentist away.

I'm so happy I "found" Dr. Riechers and the staff at Compassionate Dentistry. They put my health first. Out of the last three dentists I've had, I feel Dr. Riechers and the staff at Compassionate Dentistry puts my health first, rather than figuring out a way to use up my entire annual dental benefit with questionable procedures. They listen. My teeth are extremely sensitive to cold, and I told them that on my first visit. Guess what? They listened to me, and I am happy to report that I haven't had any painful or anxiety-inducing moments during any cleanings or procedures where ice cold water or cold air is concerned. They value my business. There are plenty of dentists in our region, and I'm happy with the dentist I've picked as my own.

I am beyond grateful for the quality dental work that Dr Sara has done for me. I have had a lot of dental work procedures done over my lifetime and she is the best by far, that I have ever experienced. Her assistant Melissa and frontline Bridgett are great as well. I highly recommend this team and I am pleased to know and say, that I have found my dental care provider for life. Thank you Sara, Lynn Rhodes

I had my first appointment with Dr. Riechers yesterday and I couldn't recommend her & her staff more. Everyone was very kind, first and foremost. I went in because I had a somewhat traumatic experience with a previous dentist that didn't take care of me & put me in a lot of pain, and Sarah has already immensely improved that pain after 1 visit. I know I can trust her to be gentle and listen to me!

Walk in and see through a glass wall someone in a chair getting worked on. Listen to the sound of the drill as you are in the waiting room. Brand new office. Smelled like chemicals. Ushered into exam room No magazines in room. Door open and now closer to patient being worked on. Listen to him coughing up blood and gargling now you can also hear rodeo music. A medical assistant asks why you are there. I was hoping for regular check up and teeth cleaning. Wanted info on an implant. She turns into a 15 minute infomercial for Invisalign's. Going on and one while the glaring light above is piercing your eyeballs like a laser. 25 minutes later and my teeth have not been examined. She goes on about my gum disease which has been under control for years and is telling me about how other dentist offices in town do shoddy work. "You get what you pay for" she gleams as she tells me an implant with their office is an average of $5,000. At this point she has ascertained I am not wealthy and it feels like salt rubbed into a wound. Apparently being a working class person, she also assumes I am not intelligent as she drones on the same information over and over again as if I am not cabable of understanding. I finally get one x ray done of one tooth. Don't you usually get a full set? Finally the dentist comes in and says due to my bone loss I am not a candidate for an implant by her. When I called to make the appointment I specifically asked if they did implants. She provides info about a bridge. I am referred to a specialist 30 miles away. I am ushered out where they print out a copy of a possible treatment plan and the cost. The information is incorrect, saying I will owe for a cleaning, when I know my insurance pays 100 percent. I point this out to her and with eyes rolling and again treating me like an imbecile she goes over point by pint by point and reprints out a correct copy. The teeth cleaning was set for more than a month out. Then the next morning they call and tell me I am not a good fit for their office. Ironically they call themselves compassionate. That was my experience. Felt hurt.

I'm a new patient at Compassionate Dentistry and I just have to say how relieved I am to have found this office and staff. I HATE going to the dentist, as many of us do, so I have put it off for far too long. Walking into a new office where you aren't sure what to expect, knowing you're gonna need some work, is intimidating. I was warmly greeted by Bridgette when I arrived, she knew my name immediately and genuinely made me feel welcome. The office space felt new and clean and as a patient who cares about her health, I appreciated their attentiveness to a healthy and clean environment. Thank you! Dr. Riechers and her assistant were amazing. I felt confident in the way they communicated with me to make sure I understood and was comfortable throughout my visit. They thoroughly went over their recommended treatment plan with me and when I expressed any sort of concern (financial, time, anything) they provided really great resources or other options. They cared for me as a patient, not a paycheck and I find that important. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a new Dentist. A strong, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and all around awesome WOMEN driven staff made it even more of a home-run for me. Thank you for your dedication to providing quality and fair service to all.

Compassionate Dentistry lives up to its name. Every member of Dr. Reicher's staff makes a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. Dr. Reichers is knowledgeable and efficient. This is the first dentist I've had who gives me the comfortable feeling that my oral health is really good.
