We also have a handheld, compact intraoral scanner that enables us to scan your entire set of teeth in about a minute. We can use these scans as digital impressions to make restorations for you if youre having a damage tooth replaced with a crown or an entire tooth replaced with a dental implant. No more biting down on sticky putty for impressions! And if you want our Sapphire Clear Smiles to straighten your teeth instead of traditional metal braces, you might be happy to know that we create our own clear aligners in-house using a 3D printer. That gives us complete quality control over the process and means you dont have to wait weeks for an outside lab to deliver your aligners.
Dr. Doan graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 with a bachelors degree in Biology. He then attended and completed his studies in dentistry from the University of Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2014. Dr. Doan believes that dentistry goes beyond just teeth. Dentistry is about people and building a lifelong relationship with his patients is key to providing the highest quality of care. Dr. Doan is passionate and take pride in work, he is dedicated in expanding his knowledge in dentistry by constantly attending continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest dental technology. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Doan loves traveling with his wife and exploring new countries to learn about different cultures through food. Dr. Doan also enjoys spending time with his family, watching/playing sports, and long walks his two French bulldogs Bentley and Bailey.
Dr. Trinh graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2015. He believes everyone deserves a healthy smile. Spending quality time with patients while educating them to make sure they are getting the best dental care is his mission. In order to provide the best dental care for all his patients, he spends a lot of his time taking continuum education courses to stay current with many dental procedures while utilizing the most advanced supplies, equipment, and technology. Providing state of the art dental care in the most relaxing and comfortable atmosphere is the top priority for Dr. Trinh. His philosophy is that you can never stop learning and improving. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Trinh enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. When he is not traveling, he likes to spend time with his family. His hobbies include reading, working out, working on cars, and playing tennis and basketball.
Ann joined our team in February 2022, as the office manager of Sapphire Family Dentistry. With over 15 years of dental office management. Her priority is to ensure that all of our patients have wonderful experiences and she enjoys helping our patients understand the financial aspect of their treatment and dental insurance.
Megan graduated from Pima Medical Institute with her Dental Hygiene degree in 2015. Originally from Dallas, TX, she made the move to Houston in 2013. Megan is passionate about dental health, and loves to spend time with patients ensuring that they are educated and encouraged to maintain their oral health. She truly believes that learning does not stop after school. She enjoys attending continuing education courseseveryyear.
Born and raised in Houston, TX, Johnny joined our team in February 2022 as our second hygienist. Johnny takes pride in making sure our patients are comfortable in his care and finds joy in educating patients on improving their oral health.
Ingrid has been the lead dental assistant at Sapphire Family Dentistry since our grand opening in 2019. She takes pride in assisting the doctors in giving patients the smile they deserve. Ingrid believes in always putting the patient first.
Sennia is the newest member of our team and has been working as an assistant for more than 2 years. She takes pride in helping her patients reach their best smile as she treats patients with the same love and care as she would for her own family. She understands that dental treatment can be nerve-racking so she helps our patients feel as comfortable as possible throughout their procedure. She feels its important to help educate our patients on maintaining proper oral hygiene for both health and cosmetic reasons.
