Great office - very clean and spacious. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist was very thorough but sensitive to any discomfort and caring. She also showed me new ways to care for my teeth. The dentist was very thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend!

They ALWAYS have so much availability for me which is amazing because I am a super last minute person. Called today and they had 3 slots open tomorrow. Love the scheduling experience and also love the people who work there, they're always so nice

Both me and my 2-year old are patients of Dr. McCain's at Sapon & Swisher. I'm writing this review to specifically speak to my daughter's experience, which was wonderful. When we arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and gave my daughter stickers, which helped her feel comfortable. Moira, the hygienist, was also warm and friendly, and it felt like she had experience working with young children. She was so kind, in fact, that my daughter was OK with her using the instruments to polish and rinse, as well as floss. While we waited for Dr. McCain, there was a cute stuffed animal and toy toothbrush that kept my daughter occupied and content. When he arrived, the calm and comfortable experience continued -- he was respectful about asking to look at her teeth, as well as showing her the tools he would be using, and she was OK with it all. No tears, no resistance. Would recommend Sapon & Swisher for both children and adults.

This place is an absolute SCAM. If you want to go here, please go through the comments with 1 and 2 stars. They are the true ones. As one other user commented, all the 5 stars come from family and employees. They spend a mere 25 mins on dental hygiene. What a joke! And the dentist does not come check things out. I had my cleaning done and I have pain in my gums still. Like one other user who has commented about making deliberate injury to your gums to make more business I wonder. They lie about insurance coverage on things like Fluoride treatment to make money off you knowing well that fluoride treatments are not covered by majority of the insurance companies for adults. The hygienist talked me into getting the treatment saying it is covered these days by most insurance and 5 mins later the receptionist is charging me for it saying most insurance do not cover it. ABSOLUTE ABSOLUTE SCAM

Most of the favorable reviews for Sapon and Swisher are Family or Employees. This Dentist's office has a Dentist named Mark Sapon who is extremely rude and argumentative. He is condescending, Looks down at the patients here rather than Appreciating clients and respecting them. We would not recommend ever going here. We will not go back.

Just a wonderful office. Everyone is extremely kind and courteous. Very good at what they do. What stood out to me and made me write this review is how they actually care for patients. I was scheduled for an annual cleaning appointment. They reached out to me to inform me that my insurance benefits had been used up for the year. Therefore if I continued with my appointment I would be paying out of pocket. Instead they happily helped me reschedule to right after my benefits reset. I was amazed that they not only took the time to check, but reached out to warn me.

Great dental office! My dental assistants were Kylie and Candice. My dentist was Dr. Sapon. All of the staff is kind and very helpful. I am a bit fearful of most dental procedures, but they were extremely understanding. They took their time, explained everything so I knew what to expect, and did their best to make me comfortable. They are also being thoughtful about Covid-19 precautions. I would highly recommend, especially if you don't normally like going to the dentist!

Best dentist I've had, and I've been to many. They give you honest advice and don't try to push services you don't need. Love this place!
