Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We know that many people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, so it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.

Elsa has been working with Dr. Perkins since 2004, and in dentistry since 1997. As office manager, she can answer any questions on insurance or billing. She is fluent in Spanish. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching movies.
Rhonda has been working in the dental field since 2000 and became a hygienist in 2007. She graduated at the top of her class, receiving the Outstanding Clinician Award. She joined our office in 2008. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter and their two dogs.
Silva grew up in Pasadena and graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program At PCC in 2005. She has been working with our office since 2007. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son, and loves the outdoors. She is fluent in Armenian.

Santoro Dentistry is truly the best of the best! A clean and modern office, a kind and organized office manager, thorough and knowledgeable dental hygienists, and a trustworthy, caring, patient, and highly skilled doctor; what more could you ask for? I have been going to Santoro Dentistry for years and have had wonderful experiences and results each time. From cleanings to fillings, Invisalign to night guards, Dr. Santoro and his team can do it all. Highly recommend this practice!

I called Dr. Santoro's office outside of office hours because I had a broken filling that needed to be fixed before I left the country and left a voicemail - his assistant/office manager called me back immediately to get my appointment scheduled for the next available workday. They were slammed the day of my appointment, but was still able to fit me into a tight window. I didn't feel rushed, the procedure went smoothly, and had no pain whatsoever after. Super pleased with my overall experience and look forward to my next visit. Dr. Santoro: Pasadena's best dentist!!

I put off going to the dentist for years but Dr. Santoro and his staff were amazing. They were very thorough and make you feel at ease the whole time. Dr. Santoro is very good at what he does. Parking and access was very easy as well. Overall a great experience and can't recommend this place enough.

This was my initial visit to Santoro Dentistry. From the first moment, everything went smooth and on time. Luckily, I don't have any serious issues with my teeth except for an occasional small cavity or tiny chip on my front teeth. Like most people, I get anxious when going to the dentist. Dr. Santoro is the most gentle and genuine doctor I have ever met. He calmly yet thoroughly explained every step he was going to make to fill my cavity, starting with the numbing injection that I didn't even notice had happened. On top of being gentle and kind, Dr. Santoro listens, explains and truly cares about his patients. He seems to know immediately how to address and correct your issue in the most professional way. I also had a routine cleaning with one of Dr. Santoro's highly skilled hygienists and found that experience to be excellent as well. I can strongly recommend Santoro Dentistry.

After coming to this practice for 20 years, I decided it is time to write a review about my experience. I do not live in Pasadena and there are many dentists much closer to me than Dr. Santoro's location. However, I would rather travel to get the dental care I trust. Unlike many other very competent but busy doctors, Dr. Santoro is very informative and takes as much time as necessary to clarify issues and concerns for his patients. When it comes to more complicated cases, Dr. Santoro provides different options and explains each advantages and disadvantages until you are completely comfortable in your decision. I believe Dr. Santoro really puts his patients' welfare first. I complimented Dr. Santoro repeatedly for giving me the best shots - I hate needles but no one does it better than Dr. Santoro. The office is bright, clean and cheerful; parking is a piece of cake. The front desk staff and oral hygienists are super polite and professional. I think they are very well trained to be proactive in patient care. They look for any signs of possible trouble before trouble actdevelops. An excellent team.

Dr. Santoro has been my dentist for several years. The office waiting room is comfortable and inviting, though not much time is spent there as the wait time is extremely minimal. From the family pictures to the homelike decor, you immediately feel at ease. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Once escorted into the treatment rooms, you realize the care that was taken for patient comfort. While I am not a patient who fears going to the dentist, there are those who may. The patient rooms have state-of-the-art equipment and chairs that bring a great level of comfort to the patient. Additionally, there are TVs in each room with beautifully soothing photography displayed on the screens to keep you visually entertained. The music playing is an added bonus! I have had the good fortune of experiencing teeth cleaning by both hygienists, Silva and Rhonda. Each is careful and thorough, as well as friendly. Dental Assistant Naz is experienced and gentle and does a wonderful job of keeping patients relaxed. Dr. Santoro is compassionate, knowledgeable and articulate. He explain what he is doing before he does it, which is something I prefer. He is gentle and calming which goes a long way in treating a patient with prior fears of the dentist. Dr. Santoro only prescribes essential treatments so you will never be told you need something done unnecessarily. I highly recommend Dr. Santoro if you are searching for an experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate dentist.

I just recently went to Dr. Santoro for two crowns and a filling. He and his staff did an excellent job all through the way. I was really impressed with how attentive they were to keeping everything clean for the patient, how skilled his assistants and hygienists were, his bedside manner, and how nice and up to date his office is. Since I had been there last, they now have a portable x-ray unit for their digital x-rays, new chairs, new TVs in each room, text messages for appointment confirmation and reminders, and just recently redesigned their logo. Everything looked and felt really modern and comfortable. I also could tell that Dr. Santoro was motivated by my well-being as we discussed possible treatment plan options. You're in good hands with Dr. Santoro.
