I went to this Dentist's office today and I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. It is the most painless, and easy experience you will have, the staff is very pleasant and helpful the doctor is a magician he is the best, I would definitely recommend this dentist's office to everyone.

I visited Santa Tomas Dental Group recently. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I had an implant done which was placed by a UCLA specialist. The whole process was clearly explained to me. I was informed every step of the way on what to expect. The craftsmanship was absolutely impeccable. I am very pleased with the result. I cannot recommend this surgery more.

Excellent doctor, in and out fast for tooth extraction with a crown. Excellent customer service, they call a day before to remind you and process your paperwork timely. Mainly the doctor explained every process and was easy to understand.

My first visit was great, everyone at the office is friendly. They don't make you wait forever like other dental offices. They are very helpful and informative on what to do to keep your teeth looking great. I recommend going to Santo Tomas Dental Group.

This Dental office is the WORST Dental office that anyone can go to. The dentist don't care for the bad quality of work that they give, plus they RIP OFF people too! My mother went seeking help to get her teeth fixed and she came out worse. She still suffers from bad mucus and her tooth hasn't healed. Her tooth is falling off and these "professionals" didn't care to charge her more than was expected. To everyone that does business with these "professionals" find a new dentist office to do business with. These "professionals" don't deserve your hard earned money especially since these "professionals" won't fix your teeth, rather will make your teeth looking like they didn't fix anything

This is the most unethical dental office, the reason they have a lot of 5-star reviews is because people come here for FREE because they accept Medi-Cal (most of their patients are Medi-Cal) they ask patients to submit 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, I did not know this until I came in, I thought this would be a great dental office from looking at the reviews which I thought were genuine-hearted. I came in and they told me I have 3 cavities, which is odd because I brush meticulously, they filled them in, and the fillers were protruding from my teeth. I was suspicious, so I went to a different dental office in Beverly hills, they did an X-Ray and found out I DID NOT HAVE ANY CAVITIES. They were surprised this could even be mistaken because my teeth are picture perfect, I told them Santo Thomas Dental did it and they told me Santo Thomas Dental is being sued for unethical practices and will do false procedures so they can bill your insurance. They were putting filler on top of my teeth so that they could charge my insurance and make money. Most of their patients are covered by Medi-Cal so they don't care what procedures are done because it's all FREE, but let me tell you, they will do harmful and unnecessary procedures on your lovely teeth ALL FOR MONEY. that is an unethical practice. When I came back they didn't say anything, they said.. "well.. you were not charged, we billed your insurance, the most we can do is remove the filler". They are unethical, it is also dangerous to the patient, and illegal, go to a different dentist that won't harm your teeth for money, they even said that I need a tooth extracted because I have an infection in my roots. imagine if I believed them?? I would be missing a perfectly good tooth just because they want to make money. I wonder how many patients they tricked and do not even know?? Especially since Medi-Cal gives them FREE service, they're probably too happy about the FREE service to even know they didn't have cavities or need their teeth extracted. if you have Medi-Cal like I do, go to a different dental office, hundreds of really good Dentists accept Medi-Cal, even in Beverly Hills, the top dentists. I'm reporting this place and will be pursuing suing for medical malpractice.

Security is rude. They came up to my father aggressively after his appt and said he had to leave the facility after his appt was done. I understand covid reasons but he didnt have to walk up to my dad and say "this is gonna go one of two ways....you either wait outside or..." he left the other option up to my dads imagination. All my dad was doing was waiting 5 mins for me to arrive to pick him up inside. We have spent so much money here just to be treated like trash. Shame on the security guard. Large hispanic man working sat morning.

Really friendly staff and friendly dentist. Always makes sure you are comfortable and know everything that is going on. Dr. Farr takes his time and is super gentle. Highly recommend!
