At Santa Monica Orthodontics, we strive to give each patient a smile they love. With both traditional and advanced treatments for every age, Dr. Rehana Khan can address your dental needs and concerns, and provide you with personalized treatment plans with some of the following services:
Dr. Rehana Khan holds a masters degree in orthodontics from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry (LLU) in Loma Linda, California. Prior to completing her postdoctoral orthodontics residency in 2005, Dr. Khan earned her degree in general dentistry from LLU and completed the Dental Board of California Licensure Examination and the Western Regional Board Examination in 2002. While studying general dentistry, Dr. Khan was recognized for outstanding scholarship and earned many academic awards, including the American Academy of Oral Medicine, the International College of Dentists Outstanding Achievement Award, and LLU School of Dentistry Academic Excellence Gold Award for Performance on Parts 1 and 2 of the National Boards, the Teaching Learning Center Special Achievement Award, and others.
In 2004 and 2005, Dr. Khan was an adjunct Assistant Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at LLU School of Dentistry. Between 2005 and 2011, she was an associate at Harbor Dental Associates in Harbor City, California, working alongside Dr. Richard Simms, a renowned orthodontist who has been in practice for almost 50 years. She is currently part of the clinical faculty at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics. Since having her own practice, Santa Monica Orthodontics, Dr. Khan looks forward to providing the highest quality of comprehensive orthodontic care to patients of all ages in the community to which she and her family are proud to belong. She gladly serves the west side and greater Los Angeles area, as well as Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Venice, Mar Vista, Palms and Santa Monica, California.

Dr. Khan and her staff are both extremely proficient and very courteous. Appointment have always been on time so that I've never had a long wait time. As a bonus, they always have great music playing.

Everything was great. The office space. Everyone was friendly and kind. Things were done so efficiently. The doctor took her time with us and was friendly and seems like a really good orthodontist. After interviewing many orthodontists we have chosen Dr. Khan for our child's orthodontics work.

I love Dr. Kahn! She makes you feel at ease, is always professional and timely, and even her staff is super nice. Since discovering her practice, I have taken my 7 and 15 year olds to her, as well as myself. It's a huge bonus that she's in a super convenient part of Santa Monica where you can easily find free and/or meter parking. After knowing her several years, I would highly recommend!

Dr. Khan is one of THE most genuine and caring doctors I've ever met and the staff have been such a delight on every one of my visits. Everyone is helpful, patient, and friendly which makes the whole (potentially stressful) experience much more pleasant. So glad I was recommended to come here for my adult braces journey.

My son and I love coming here. Before starting braces, we visited several orthodontist offices. We were the most impressed with Dr. Khan, her treatment plan, and the facilities. After a year of treatment we still really like coming here. I also appreciate how we have usually been able to get apointments after school.

Dr Kahn is a very knowledgeable professional. We were very happy to consult with her, as she helped us find the right procedures for my daughter's extreme case.
