Straight and simple first time patient and last. I got referred by Health Net I looked at the reviews ton of 5 stars but never noticed the 1 stars. Now that I have went in person If I can truly agree more with the negative reviews left on his 3 practices. Dr. Sabet should be ashamed of being a "doctor" because the guy should be named Money Sabet. You can tell he wants money and nothing in the interest of your health needs. You arrive at the office friendly staff but you can tell they are all over the place a bit but little the less that's not the problem. The problem is if you come in knowing you want something needs done and he "respectfully advise you" to do another option and when you start asking him logical questions he doesn't have the time to respond with a logical response back. It's more like if that's the risk your willing to take, take it he basically puts it. Dr. Sabet yelled at me to go home telling me I changed my mind In the last 2 min when all I am doing is asking questions if not advise but be careful saying that because a lot of the health care workers in America are scared of getting sued or complaints from the board for asking for ADVISE. Little the less, I left disappointed in the health care system because he is not the first dentist office in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Orange County Etc. if your stressed out and can't handle the pressure because you are old Dr. Sabet retire. I suggest train the young and get the f- out of the system because careless, selfish, ignorant, feeble old people like you will get people killed for not doing your JOB, either your father paid for or a waste of time career because you truly have given up. That's if you actually cared at one point in your life. You sir are not a doctor. I hope you hear my complaint and dissatisfaction from the board. I hope you survive the recession because people will pay but for honest not lies and people like you are the reason why people have a bad taste in paying for dentist for treatment. Good Riddance.

this doctor did a simple cleaning but charged my insurance with ROOT CANAL ! when I called back to get that corrected, they insisted " you have no copayment, what is your problem ?" THIEFS ! of the lowest kind !

Dr. Sabet has created a friendly and professional team. His office is in the heart of Santa Monica. The receptionist is so kind and gives me gold stars for my visits. I feel safe and happy to go have my teeth cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Sabet.

Dr. Sabet is the best dentist I have ever had. This is no exaggeration. Not only is he professional, but he has a great team working for him. Emily being one of them. Whether it's a teeth cleaning or bonding a chipped tooth, he's attentive with meeting your needs. Not to mention doing a fantastic job! I don't feel rushed & am always happy when leaving his office. I highly recommend him!

Very rude receptionists. I booked an appointment weeks in advance and called an hour before because I hadn't gotten a confirmation and they said I didn't have an appointment. I was told I would be called back immediately and heard nothing until I called back again. They clearly didn't do their job and then were unnecessarily rude in organizing another appointment. There's too many dentists out there to be dealing with this

If I can give zero stars I would. The receptionist Ava is beyond rude, she has hung up on me twice when trying to schedule an appointment. I've always recommended Dr. Sabet and to receive this treatment is truly disappointing. I would hope for better service.

I'm cluster phobic and anxious about all dental works, but you know in my whole life dr. Joseph Sabet in Santa Monica dental practice was just the only dentist that I trusted him right away, he was just amazing in first calming me down and then taking my 2 wisdom teeth out as easy as possible! I appreciate him for being such a great dentist!

Terrible service, rude receptionist. I will never accept being spoken to like that. Short and curt interaction- absolutely unwilling to provide any solutions or basic information. Shocking attitude. I didn't make an appointment- instead I immediately changed my dental office.

My wife was recently seen by the periodontist. He stated oral surgery and other periodontal services are needed. I asked the office manager, Jennifer to submit for an authorization. She refused and said I could call the insurance. Why can't Jennifer do her job? If the services are declined I can appeal. This office provides the worst service I have ever experienced. I asked to speak to the owner and Jennifer stated she was the owner. I hope the owner will resolve this quickly.

I looked at online reviews of dentist before I chose Dr Sabet to pull a bad wisdom tooth. His ranking was much higher than others. The dentist I had gone to before had a lot of bad reviews. I'm so glad I changed to Dr Sabet! The procedure went so smoothly and quickly, I didn't know the tooth was out until they told me I was done! I finally found a great dentist!

I was referred over by my good friend so I decided to make an appointment. I am terrified of dentist, but Dr.Sabet was very pleasant, knowledgeable and great at what he does. Customer service was great, the ladies in the front were very welcoming. Thank you.
