Dr. Feist has been my dentist for years now and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional and takes the time to explain what is needed and why. Her work is impeccable and the care she gives to her patients is excellent.

Are you kidding? I flossed a gold crown out of my head last night, called this morning to see if it would be possible to get an appointment to correct the issue. "We can fix that" was what I heard on the other end of the phone when I called (at 7:30AM). When I arrived, I handed over the gold and 20 minutes later I had a temporary back in my mouth, a future appointment with my Dr and a "have a pleasant weekend" in my ear as I left. All good here. Your dental crew are the BEST.

After spending 6 years afraid to go to the dentist, it is such a relief to find Santa Monica Bay Dental! The entire care team from reception to hygiene and all the specialist in between are wonderful. They're patient, knowledgeable, and gentle. I recently had a gum graft performed by Dr. Shafi. The procedure was quick and painless. I've never been so comfortable in a dentist's chair!

Dr. Feist and her team are awesome. I travel quite a ways to get there (and I need care every 3 months as maintenance). I keep saying one day I will find a place closer to me and then when I go there, they are so nice to me and I can't think of going somewhere else to be "just a number/another patient". And they do a great job as well. Highly recommend!

I don't know what happened to this place, it just went downhill. I used to be a fan. But now, right before you walk into your appointment you get hit with unexpected fees and bills, that are astronomical. Also don't get your tooth guard done here. They redid mine twice and its still unwearable.

The reason Dr. Face will always have high positive feedback is because he takes time to know his clientele, understand what they need and makes sure to make you comfortable in a dentist chair. When you add in the fact that he is detailed orientated in his work and encourages feedback to make sure every thing is the best it can be, you have the best dentist you can find.

An all around wonderful, friendly and professional staff. Everyone is very caring and kind. Dr. Face is phenomenal, smart, efficient and talks you through each procedure--plus there's never any pain. It's always a pleasure to go to the dentist!! I've been a patient here for many years and I highly recommend this excellent practice.
