Dr Locascio is very professional, knowledgeable, effective and caring. If you don't like crowds go there before 9 am. The staff is very efficient. The office is very clean. When other dental offices in Glendale and Ridgewood are almost empty, Dr Locascio's office is always busy. Be patient, she is the only dentist there. My family and I have been patients there for years.

Dr Santa Lo Cascio is a great dentist and her team is great. Yes, you will wait past your said appointment time. But you will be seen and given the best treatment and care. She has taken me twice as an emergency, while no other dentist seems to care that you are in massive pain. Don't let the reviews scare you, plan your day accordingly, be prepared to wait but you will leave satisfied with the treatment. She knows her practice and knows what she is doing.

Wow this place was bad. I seriously never write reviews. Waited nearly 2 hours just to get a teeth cleaning. The waiting room was over crowded with people having to stand up. And the older woman that cleaned my teeth did a horrible job and had to come back a second time with an attitude. Just plain rude for no good reason. Like all I wanted was to get my routine teeth cleaning. I would definitely not recommend. Please go somewhere else if you can.

Dr LoCascio has been my dentist for over 30 years..that alone speaks volumes. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She treats her patients like a true Professional should, and knows her craft.

I don't kno who's saying this is a bad place It's awesome So caring My childhood dentist used to torture me causing me not to go to the dentist Had a few broken teeth and she ended up fixing all of them almost pain free I found out if u close your eyes and don't see the needle it doesn't hurt as much DO NOT COME ON THURSDAYS STREET SWEEPING NO PARKING Other than that I always get a parking right in front I come on time and never waited more than 30 min the longest Usually only 10 min wait

I came into this dentist with an emergency...my tooth cracked down the middle and she immediately took care of the situation, I thought I was going to feel pain, I felt no pain at all and the way they took care of me was like I was a millionaire...first they took x-rays and then the dental hygienist preformed a deep cleaning and then the doctor came over and extracted the cracked tooth...I came back a month later, to remove 1 last cavity and put a filling...all the ladies (technicians/assistants) that work there are great, compassionate and re-assuring...trust me, I had a million questions and they answered them all, but if you don't want to feel any pain at a dentist, Dr. Locasio is by far the best, small location and very clean, no complaints in that department...you won't be disappointed...

I went for a filling and that tooth never hurt before. As soon as doctor locasio touched my tooth I have not been the same. I'm in pain all the time and my teeth are super sensitive. Idk what she did but instead of fixing it she made it worst. Please do not come to this location.

This dentist is horrible! She twisted the needle in my gum I got up n walked out.the child in the room before me was screaming bloody murder n now I know why.That child is traumatized for life.Shes definitely the worst I ever experienced

Her staff are disgusting they have the nastiest attitude. Doctor does not know how to do filling, I had to go to her several times because the filling fell out twice and gave me infection. Save yourself do not go to her.

This is a bad place. I had a horrible experience with this doctor. She pull out so many of my teeth, telling me that it was the right thing to do. She's always in the rush, that's why she doesn't do her job right/ or doesn't even want do right. She does dark/black filling not white, (how can you put dark fillings on the front teeth). EVERYTHING in there is about business, not patients.

This is the second time that I had a filling applied by this dentist and the second time that she screwed it up. As I was moving ourt of state I went in for a cleaning and a check up. DDS Locasio said that a tooth, that gave me NO problems, had a Crack in its filling. I knew that I would be without medical or dental coverage for awhile so I thought that I should get it done. I was skeptical because I had problems with her work before. Well now I have pain when I eat and EVERYTHING gets stuck in some weird pocket she created with her poor job. Avoid DDS Locasio like the plague.

THE WORST PLACEEEEEE IN THE WORLD. If you care about your health please don't go to this place. The dentist does everything very quickly and sometimes she does not even know what she is doing.

Please don't come here if you expect your exact appointment time. They over book and you're stuck waiting hours. Not to mention the service isn't even the good. Many people are sat here complaining that they messed them up and came back for them to fix it. The women at the front desk is disgustingly rude.

SHE SAVED MY LIFE! About two months ago I had to do a filling to another dentist, I had pain even after the filling but the dentist said it was normal cuz my gum was hurt. About 3 weeks ago I had a big swealling, big infection that was spreading all over my throat and the upper part of my tooth. I was in so much pain everything was hurting I didn't know where was coming from. My dentist that did the filling closed the office so I went to dr Santa, my husband was a patient here. Dr Santa accepted me, she saved my life, for a moment I had to go to the hospital but she tried to help me, she did everything she could and saved me! I am no longer in pain, even though she had to exctract my tooth, but she stopped the infection and save my life! I'm so thankful and She's an amazing dentist! Even the girls there are so good, they tried to stand by me cuz I was so afraid! If I could give this place a 10 stars I would! Dr Santa is a wonderful person and an amazing dentist!!!

11/02/20- I had an apt for a basic teeth cleaning- BIT I Just walked out of this irresponsible office because amid the Covid pandemic- they have a waiting room measuring 12 ft x 12 feet with SIXTEEN individuals all piled atop one another waiting their appointments. No care for social distancing. Overwhelmed receptionist and obviously WAY overbooked on appointments forcing people to wait hours. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful, dangerous, out of integrity and obviously greedy too. This place should be SHUT DOWN.
