Excellent, painless infected root canal surgery. Expert, state of the art care and technology from Dr. Palermo and his top notch staff. What I dreaded turned out to be smooth, relaxing and truly effortless. In fact, post-surgery this evening I didn't even need any pain killers whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Palermo and his entire staff.

I was referred by my dentist, and Dr. Palermo was so kind to not charge me after x-rays when it was determined that a treatment wasn't actually needed at this time.

While no one wants to see an endodontist, Dr. Palermo and his staff create a welcoming and professional environment for their patients that make you forget why you are there. My experience was characterized by state of the art technology combined with compassionate care and exceptional expertise.

This is a very top notch operation. Dr. Palermo has great technique, and great equipment. Everything at the office is state of the art. Dr. Palermos's staff is knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and committed to the whole mission of providing a very professional and comfortable experience. I had no pain during the procedure, and no pain when the anesthesia wore off. It is so nice having a doctor of this quality in Santa Fe. He is charming as well, and earned my highest recommendation.

Everything and everyone at Dr Palermo office is what I hope for when having dentistry work completed. The staff is friendly, thorough and professional, the office is spotless, contemporary and comfortable and Dr Palermo is gentle, incredibly knowledgeable ... and I'm pretty sure he was singing during my root canal procedure?!?! I really appreciated him explaining the process before, during and after. Highly recommend these guys.

My Endodontic experience was extraordinary. Dr Palermo and his staff were excellent. I am so pleased that the procedure was successful and took much less time than I had expected. The offices are contemporary decor -- something to admire wherever you look. Enjoyed music the whole time.

The entire process went very smoothly. The folks who work in the office answered the phone promptly. My appointment was made quickly. Upon arrival, they were ready for and had all necessary precautions in place for covid-19 safety practices. Dr. Palermo was very personable. He had time for my questions and to provide informative answers. The procedure itself was painless! It took a tiny bit over an hour, but it was not uncomfortable or painful. Dr. Palermo told me what was happening during the procedure, checked that I was doing ok, and explained the clean wave procedure. The dental assistant was extremely knowledgable and answered any questions I had before and after the procedure. I recommend Santa Fe Endodontics and Dr. Palermo. If I EVER need another root canal, I will use Dr. Palermo.

I had a GentleWave root canal with Dr. Palermo. The experience exceeded my expectations. Dr Palermo and his assistant worked very well together and explained each step during the procedure which helped me relax. The office is contemporary and the entire staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this practice. Let's face it...a root canal is not something anyone really relishes but this was as good as it gets.

Dr. Palermo has helped me out when no one else could. He has sophisticated imagery that most dentists don't have. He uses the latest techniques and equipment. He explains what is happening and what to expect. He is friendly, empathetic, fun, expedient, and sings along with the music. He is a "Smooth Operator" like the song says. The office decor is beautiful and vibrant and puts one at ease, along with the experienced and congenial staff who are efficient, but relaxed in their positions and aren't tip toeing around nervously. This is a well-oiled operation from the top down. Thank you Dr. Palermo and staff for your excellent and gifted care.

I had my first root canal today and I cannot say enough about Dr. Palermo's work. He is an excellent endodontist. He is professional and knowledgeable and the procedure was painless. I would highly recommend him. An added bonus- his staff is great!

People don't often say, "I had the loveliest root canal!", unless they've been to the office of Dr. Marcus Palermo. The staff is warm and welcoming, the offices are beautiful and have a calming decor, Dr. Palermo enjoys his work and is unabashedly brilliant. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Ok , let me begin by saying I had two wisdom teeth out, my dentist said come back In two weeks we will get the others . That was over 50 years ago I never went back . Needless to say I do not enjoy Dental work!!! When I heard Root Canal you can't imagine my apprehension........ My wife said it was her most painful dental experience ! Great! I couldn't wait. I was referred to Santa Fe Endodontics. They didn't have an appointment for a month out, I wanted to get it over with ASAP they did have a new Dr in the Practice Dr Anstey ..... he could see me in a few days.Yikes you think is he any good why can he see me right away? I went for it scheduled the appointment. I was a nervous wreck for the entire week, very apprehensive, root canal the most painful dental experience my wife ever had ..... I show up freaking out nervous etc. The whole staff is awesome very caring and supportive. Dr Anstey is awesome describing the entire procedure to me and wanting me to notify him if I have any issues at all, Amazing! This guy is awesome! Milo his assistant was equally supportive. Long story short ! Root canal smoot canal. What's the big deal ? No pain at all came home and was fine no need for any pain meds went about my daily routine. My wife was amazed ! Thanks so much to Dr Anstey an Milo ! Unreal my fears are over ! If I can do it so can you at Santa Fe Endonics !!!

This was the best root canal I could ever imagine! The waiting room, office and rooms were immaculate and I did not come close to any other patient. Dr Palermo was sensitive to my needs and explained what was going to happen moment by moment. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure! Only slight discomfort of being numb. I've never been so comfortable during dental procedure. He was also funny and sang along with the music at times. If you need this procedure he is the way to go. Awesome friendly and helpful staff.
