I originally booked my appointment on their website for 3:30p. Sometime later they called me and told me I had to reschedule for 12p or 1p forcing me to take time off of work. I was overlooked in the waiting room until the receptionist told one of the dental assistants that I was waiting. I finally got seen well after my scheduled appointment time. The dental assistant took two x-rays of the same tooth because she did not get it right the first time and charged me for both. I even had to remind her to put the lead vest on me before the second x-ray because she had forgotten. I knew I was going to need oral surgery and chose this dental practice because it states on their website they perform oral surgery there to save you time and money from making an extra trip to see an oral surgeon. After they saw my x-rays, they gave me a referral to an oral surgeon at a different practice that is not able to see me for a week. Evaluation, two x-rays and a panoramic image $320.00. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Very great staff. The dentist was one of the best ever. I have a lot of anxiety from bad experiences at a previous dentist office. His knowledge, bed side manner and patience made the whole expierence less frightening.

Nice clean office and professional staff. They are on time with maintaining your appointments- no waiting. Great follow up when you have any issues. And my teeth look great!

I've had to change my original 5 star rating of this Establishment [Santa Cruz Dental]. I really like the Doctor and hygienist but the front desk is difficult to work with. Jackie in particular is not very understanding of my situation. I have discussed with her that my flouride treatments are covered under my plan. She said the insurance has paid and I have paid as well. So they have been paid twice! I am frustrated at this point. I thought I had found a good Dentist and hygienist but looks like I may be on the look out for another Dentist. So sad!

The Staff Is Excellent And Accomodating. They always are friendly. You never feel pressured to have different procedures done they explain everything in detail you think in detail and provide you with the financial Break down of what you will be paying for. The office is clean and the dentist is knowledgeable, caring and he listens to your questions and concerns. I highly recommend them .

So far I've been to this location 3x and each time I've left very satisfied. Lynette was my dental hygienist and she was fantastic! Very quick as well! When it came to payment, Jackie at the front desk was kind enough to break things down for me to get me started on the most affordable option for payment plans. Will be making this location my go-to dental office!

Super nice staff. They took time to explain next steps for care and gave me options. I felt that my needs and dental care were more important than money. I will be taking my sons there for their next 6 month check up and cleaning.

Dr Valdes and staff were extremely professional and caring. You are made to feel comfortable from the moment you come in by front office staff. Dr Valdes and assistant Maria made this a pleasant experience. Procedure and treatments were clearly explained. I highly recommend this dental office.
