Dr. Levi Azurduy graduated from Universidad De La Salle in Mexico in April 29th 2013 as previously noted Dr. Azurduy knew he wanted to practice health care and follow in the footsteps of his father. After completing the necessary requirements for his Doctorate in Oral Care Dr. Azurduy moved back to California to complete the necessary exams and be credentialed to practice dentistry in California. Dr. Levi Azurduy has been mentored by his father a successful dentist of over 15 years. His overall goals are to be the next generation of dentist that has a greater focus on customer care and state of the art new innovative treatments for his patients.
Dr. Azurduy is also active in the dental community. He is a member the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Sacramento Dental District Society. He is an active volunteer in organized community dental events.
Dr. Muoz is originally from Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco. She became interested in Dentistry thanks to her father and grandfather; both with years of experience in this branch. Dr. Muoz's goal is to help people have a healthy, functional, and beautiful smile. She studied at Universidad de la Salle Bajo in Len, Guanajuato; subsequently, prepared within a specialized program and managed to obtain the double degree to be able to practice both in Mexico and in the United States. Dr. Muoz has carried out prevention programs in different institutions both in Mexico and in the United States and has held preventive workshops for oral diseases, which is the key to saving and maintaining oral health. She has been a member of the California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society since 2019.

Made a new patient appointment via the email address from their website. On the day of, I went to the address of their office indicated on the email. I was about 20 minutes early. They had no record of my appointment, my name, or anything else. They did tell me that it might be at a different location which is somewhat mind-boggling given that never came up in the entirety of the appointment-making process. ***UPDATE*** They did contact to immediately reschedule and apologized.

Really great staff. They really took care of me. They were gentle and patient. I felt really comfortable in their care. I am not a fan of the dentist but, who really is.? lol. I am grateful that I chose this establishment. I had to get a tooth extraction. I didn't feel any pain, even after the numbing was gone. I recommend giving them a try. :D

If your looking for an affordable and good quality dentist, who won't try to sell you things you don't need, then you have found the spot! I have had my top two wisdom teeth removed, had a filling which almost turned into a root canal he said (thank goodness it wasn't), also had a crown put on. I do have more work that needs to be done, but I feel comfortable and confident this dentist knows his stuff. I've had no extra crazy pain from any of his procedures. I can now rinse with cold water with no pain!! Dr. Levi is just the sweetest and caring dentist. Anytime I go to any dentist I experience silent panic attacks, because of my extreme fear of the dentist. However Dr. Levi is patience and understanding. He makes sure there is never any pain and if there is pain, he has no problem adding more stuff to numb me. If I need a breather to help calm my nerves he never gets upset. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. :)

I went to this Santa Cruz office on Watt Ave for what I already knew was a deep cleaning but the mother of the dentist who is responsible for the office's finances told me that it was going to take between 3 weeks to 3 months for her to verify and authorize my insurance info A week later a came to convey to the dentist that my left lower quad's left tooth was in pain and asked him if he could help but all he said was to either abstract it and put an implant t which cost $3000.00 and that maybe 3 other tooth may need the same treatment But The Dr there did not give me any options to save my teeth all he and his mom wanted was for me to pay cash out of pocket and not wanted to work with me with my dental insurance I went to Dr Latham at Lincoln and they took 10 minutes not 3 weeks or 3 months to verify my dental insurance and we're promptly in helping me with all my dental needs and finances to pay Dr Latham is awesome Santa Cruz dental were a very disappointed experience I will never ever go there that has that name on it

I've known Santa Cruz dental for a couple of years now. I love their professional service. The clinic is always super clean . Cash or insurance they always find a way to help you out. Many of my family and friends go there and they all love it! I give the Santa Cruz Dental group a 5 stars but if I could give them 10 stars I would!

Angie is the best dental receptionist I have met, she made it so smooth with my insurance and the coverages. The dentist does a great job. Had a few cavities filled and had great results.

Very clean, friendly staff, they speak Spanish. The prices are great compared to other dental offices. I took someone in and work was done quickly and well. Excellent place!
