Dr. Mori Rouhani understands the importance of having a healthy, confident smile, and has been helping patients achieve just that for over 20 years. In 1991, she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California. While working as a Dental Hygienist, her passion for providing superior, pain-free dental care grew. In 1996, she earned her doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California, where she graduated top of her class. For the next 15 years she hired and trained dentists for one of Californias largest dental corporations, SmileCare. For the past 10 years running, her superior care has earned her the Circle of Excellence award, an honor bestowed annually to the top 5 doctors from a professional pool of more than 200 dentists.
In 2010, Dr. Rouhani became Co-Owner of Golden Triangle Dental in Santa Clarita, California, where she manages a staff of 18 dentists. Additionally, in 2012 she also became Co-Owner of multi-specialty practice, Premier Care Dental Group in Pasadena, California.
It is Dr. Rouhanis personal and professional philosophy that quality dentistry should be provided to each and every patient in a clean, safe, and stress-free environment. Remaining up-to-date on the latest medical technologies and procedures, she prides herself on her abilities to ease patients nerves by delivering completely pain-free dental care, while granting them the smile theyve always wanted.
Several decades ago, Dr. Liliana Khabbaz pursued a career in dentistry with a deep love of people and family. It has been her patients recurring, individual smiles that have continued to keep her love of the field alive.
In 1989, she graduated from the University of Damascus, in 1994, prepared for her dental board exam in Loma Linda, and in 1996, attended Loma Linda University where she finished with a doctorate in Dental Surgery. From there, she began work as a Dental General Practitioner, her leadership skills and passion quickly elevating her to Managing Dentist of a staff of twelve doctors. Later, she continued work as Managing Dentist at Smile Care Dentist in Northridge, California where she was awarded the Circle of Excellence for five years in a row, and soon went on to co-own and manage Golden Triangle Dental in Santa Clarita, California. In 2012, Dr. Khabbaz also became co-owner of Pasadena-based multi-specialty practice, Premier Care Dental Group. As a result of her devoted insights and genuine love for the patients, she has made a major impact on each and every practice she has been a part of.
Currently, Dr. Khabbaz splits her time between her two practices, Golden Triangle Dental and Premier Care Dental Group, and husband and her two children. It has been her continued philosophy to treat each patient as if they were a part of her family, always making their health and smiles her greatest priority.
Dennis R. Hunt, D.D.S., is a board eligible Periodontist committed to research for the advancement of Periodontics. Dr. Hunt graduated from California State University, Hayward with a B.S., Biological Science and a minor in Chemistry. In 1997, Dr. Hunt graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and UCLA graduate Periodontal Residency Certificate Program with a Masters Degree in Oral Biology.
Dr. Hunts activity in research has produced five published papers in professional journals. His research interest is primarily centered on Alveolar Bone Reconstruction. Dr. Hunt is a part-time faculty member at UCLA Department of Oral Biology. He has lectured at UCLA and worldwide. Dr. Hunt has recently won Best Research Lecture award at the Academy of Osseointegration held in Toronto, Canada. Other work has included 1997s World-Wide Web at UCLA Periodontics Center author of Antibiotic Use in Periodontics, working with Dr. M. Newman, and Dr. J. Kim.
Dr. Hunt is a member of the following professional affiliations: California Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontics, and European Academy of Ossteointegration. Dr. Hunts hobbies are tennis, golf, and world travel.

I will not return to this facility,I was really disopointed on my last dental cleaning visit, after they recommend some needed work they run my credit to find out that I qualified for Care credit assistance, I told them that I will get back to them and think about it,they went ahead and change me for the full amount without my consent, a month later I received a bill for full amount NOT nice. I've been coming to this place for more than 17 years, don't know if they have new people in the office but this was not professional.

Do not go here. They only care about the money that there going to get from you and specially the insurance. They promised you everything but once you don't get approve they tell you they can't do anything to your teeth.

Terrible place if you need dental work, they are sort staff, attend you late when you have an appointment. Half of the staff are having bad days or something because they are in a bad mood. When they put temporary caps they fall, by time you need to place back by the dental office they are close and take forever the next day to put it back on causing you to miss a day of work, time and gas on your car. Avoid this place at all cost for dental work, so unprofessional, especially the staff in the front office.

DO NOT GO HERE! THIEF-GONIFF I saw Dr. Mori Rouhani to replace a veneer from another dentist that had come off. She reattached using a laser fusion tool and it stayed on. I then had to go back eight months later. I told her I was desperate as a had a Zoom meeting to investors for a startup idea and I couldn't have the meeting with what appeared to be a missing front tooth. She then looked at the dental assistant and made a odd little expression and instead of using the laser bonder, and without informing me, she simply put some adhesive on it. She told me she didn't think it would work and that if it didn't she could put a full crown on for $1,200. That night the veneer let loose while I was eating soup............soup. She absolutely knew that would happen and that she could have used the other method and it would have held. She did what she did to try and sell me a full crown. This is a disgusting and disreputable person. DO NOT TRUST HER. In between the two visits my partner went there and also found their billing practices to be illegitimate and that, like me, she found the staff to be surly and unprofessional. Avoid this place like a root canal!

Awful. So bad do not go here. The office manager Marasol and Dr. Lilly do not care about the patients! All they care about is getting paid. Even if you don't have the work done. There are complaints on the better business websites for same type of work ethics/fraud with contracts going on in this office. Seeing I am not the only one to have a complaints that are the same. I contacted a civil attorney. I had my time and 5 months wasted, giving this office the benefit of the doubt. I am here to tell you don't. I got the run around and lies from Marasol and Dr.Lilly on daily/monthly basis.. They really need to be shut down. I hope this review helps one person not go through what many of us have experienced.

They are nice but don't get your braces here or give them any money in advance if you're unsure about treatment. I paid mostly in advance and had to move out of state unexpectedly. I asked for the remaining of my treatment to be refunded and they denied saying that it is in my contract. I asked for a copy to be sent to me and they took MONTHS to send it then finally sent me a barely readable copy that does not state anything regarding a refund not being allowed. I asked if I could continue my treatment for what I have paid and they told me they would not continue unless I pay the full amount. Have spoken to multiple orthodontists and they all said that this was wrong. My current ortho is even better and has even sped up my treatment to where I'm actually seeing results in a couple months unlike scv dental. These people are scammers.lost $3,000 to them

MUST READ 8/24/21-Three words. Find Another Dentist I an start this review by saying that I was a patient at SCV dental for 21 years and loved Dr. Orro and Dr. Tong and loved SCV dental care. I noticed a change in the energy of the place and the customer service before I found out the practice was sold. This was not for the better for this office. Dr. Orro and Dr. Tong left and a whole new crew was put into this place. I have waited a long time to write this review because I was afraid of how the staff would mistreat my son until our orthodontic contract was nearing completion. I wish that some of these other reviews were posted before I continued with the in-house orthodontist and was stuck in a contract. Our first encounter was when we were told that my son had cavities that needed treatment. This had to be handled at their Pasadena office because it couldn't be done at this office. With 100% insurance coverage, the estimate was 1300$. I decided to get a second opinion and was met with opposition by the front office staff. They didn't want to transfer the health records. Our second opinion cost downgraded the severity of the cavities and the bill changed to 275$. From this point forward, the office staff lacked customer service and respect. I called for an appointment and the receptionist told me they had already talked to my Ex husband about scheduling an appt. I asked them if they knew something I didn't because I didn't know my husband was my ex. This is plain human decency and customer service. The consecutive encounters were a cascade of bad manners from the front office staff. My son had a wire of his braces pop out along with teeth so I called for an emergency appointment. We had to cut the wire the night before so he wouldn't chew his own teeth and wouldn't have the wire stab them in the side of the mouth. In the phone called conversation I was told that I had "no business cutting the wire". I explained the situation, but the front office staff is rude and somehow assume they can run a healthcare facility with this type of customer service. I'm not asking for much. My final interaction was when I called to try to get an appt at the Pasadena office for his ortho care because I had overlooked an appt. I asked if I was on the email list, phone call list, or text message for the appointment reminder. The receptionist hung up the phone. I assume that caller ID exists on their phone system because I couldn't get through for another 2 hours. They claimed later that the phones "weren't working" but they never attempted to call back. Again, customer service. I finally made the decision that I was tired of the mistreatment and poor customer service. I didn't have any problems with the Orthodontist but....Our contract was complete so I called delta dental and verified I could switch him to another Orthodontist to complete his treatment. I relocated Dr Tong and made an appointment at a place that will treat you respectfully. If you have any kind of self respect, don't go to this office. They will make you feel like you are the problem.

I took my 2 teenage kids for wisdom teeth extrection Dr lily khabaz did the diagnosis & took the time to explain the procedure so eloquently She is highly experienced I strongly recommend her ,the staff are very friendly & helpful .

I just had my teeth cleaned and complete oral exam with Dr. Lily Khabazz at Santa Clarita Valley Dental Care. LNot only is Dr. Lily amazing but so is her staff. The hygienist was wonderful, always so thorough, meticulous and efficient in his cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Lily is the same, great chair-manner. She's gentle handed but very firm, confident in what she's doing. Always explaining everything along the way. For the first time, I don't feel like I'm at an office that only cares about my insurance benefits. Once they're used other offices don't want to see you till next year. Not so here, my teeth are the priority. Dr Lily and her staff make us feel like we're all special. It's a clean, pleasant, well run office. I never get surprised with extra charges or procedures, we discuss everything. I'm finally at home with my dental care. I just can't say enough good things about Santa Clarita Valley Dental Care. I refer everyone I care about here.

Unfortunately, I have had extensive work done. Lily Khabazz is an amazing dentist. She cares about her patients and relates to them on a personal level. My crowns are beautiful and the lab she uses does the best work. My teeth look fantastic! Her new office staff is helpful and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm picky as can be when it comes to my dental care. My teeth are super important and I was lucky enough to have had a great dentist as a child, so I won't accept anything less than the best. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Lily and staff for the past 13 years and I wouldn't dream of changing dentists. 10/10 would recommend. The staff is wonderful, supportive, understanding, and professional. Everyone is skilled and really cares about what they do.
