It almost felt like my daughter was held hostage on a dental chair while the front office was shaking me down for an extra $$$. Ladies up-front practicing bait and switch strategy, straight up something out of a used car dealership. They are really good at it, too, with all the excuses under the sun from a typical slow/outdated billing computer to price varies based on the insurance policy And if you refuse their new billing update, they will yank your kid right out of the dental chair, this almost happened to me today. Expect to pay 15% to 20% more than what you have been quoted Other than that, everything else was great!

OMG!!! I can't believe I had a root canal and I didn't feel a thing!!!! Thank you so much for being such a caring and professional office!!! I was mortified of getting a root canal!!! Dr. Soumeeh and her lovely dental assistant Stephanie reassured me that it would be quick and painless, and they were right! Before I knew it the procedure was done in under 1/2 an hour!!! I would 100% recommend Santa Clarita Endodontix!!!!

I just left the office after having two root canels done. I was super nervous going in, because like most people I didn't want any pain to happen during the process. The 1st was painful at the start, but they stopped right away and did what was needed to make sure that I felt no pain. After I knew what to expect from the 1st one, the 2nd one was much easier with little to no pain. Everyone was sympathic to my pain and even gave me some stress balls to help with my plight. They were all super friendly and talked me through what they were going to do. And made sure i was ok at all times during the whole thing. Yea, I felt some pain in the beginning, but it was a good experience overall. All the staff were great and friendly. I would go back for any work I might need in the future.

Dr Safa made my 1st root canal a wonderful experience. He was gentle, concerned and very efficient. Dr. Safa's years of experience are appreciated and well noted in his work!

Unbelievable ...The worst experience I have ever had on the chair in 50+ years... NOT RECOMENDED...HURT ME WITHIN THE FIRST SECOND.. I LEFT. NOT ENOUGH EXPERIENCES

Great friendly staff. I was initially seen by Dr. Vahora for an emergency root canal. He provided me with excellent care and explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, due to covid, I was unable to make an appointment to get my permanent fill. So I needed a redo root canal. I was then seen by Dr. Soumeeh. She made the experience quick and pain free. She really listened to my needs and made the visit a very comfortable one. Overall, I was very happy with the office staff and doctors. Highly recommend.

I knew I needed dental work but because of Covid I worried about catching the virus .Finally the inevitable happened: a bad toothache that will not wait.My regular dentist said he cant help but knew one who can.An appointment was made w/ SC Endo. within a couple of hours!.As it turns out I needed a root canal.Dr Soomieh and her assistant Tacre were incredible!They wasted no time, ( under 10 mins waiting!)took xrays, explained the work required then started promptly- they made sure I was as painfree as possible( challenging in my case because of the size & depth of the cavity) They even gave a countdown in minutes to when the work will be completed.So, just a little over an hour after, no more toothache!The front desk was also very courteous , pleasant,& professional.The cost was very reasonable .I will recommend this clinic to anyone.

Amazing staff; so helpful, happy, and they really know there stuff. Dr Safa was overly concerned with my comfort because there were some complications that took longer than expected. She was GREAT! Five stars are not enough for everyone in the office. THANK YOU!!!

They just want your money, they don't care about you whatsoever, terrible customer service very bad staff attitude, the worst customer service, I don't recommend.

I came in from out of state after having some not so great dental work done. They saw me right away and were AMAZING. She was so sweet and talked me through every step of the procedure. I wasnt afraid at all and I normally get very skittish during dental appointments. She numbed me up so well with the tropical I didn't even feel the needle she used to numb me up fully. My insurance was from out of state and they struggled to get ahold of them but they put huge efforts and offered me a solution until the insurance could be taken care of. They did get ahold of the insurance and had the total reimbursed to me. Overall, I would definitely recommend Santa Clarita Endodontix

Their hours on google are false. If they don't have anything scheduled they do not go in until 9am. That is a completely different time and, in my opinion, a big inconvenience for clients who are trying to reach out for an emergency.
