After doing our research we decided on Sanford Pediatric Dentistry and it was a great decision. The dentists are safe, informative and efficient. The staff is also great, especially Christina who maybe in charge and seems to be very experienced and great with kids. Thanks Sanford Pediatric Dentistry for a great experience!!!

All three of my children are seen here. The wait tends to go over the scheduled appointment time each time we've arrived, but once we're called back, my family is greeted and treated with respect, and the staff is very friendly, great motivators for the children, and thorough when explaining to the parents.

I'll experiences I've ever had with them taking care of my kids teeth have been great! However their office staff is horrible! It took me a year and 8 months for them to give me back the money that I paid up front for my children to be seen there. I was lied to and given the runaround about everything. They refused to accept the insurance that they told me they did. However once I got Blue Cross and Blue shield involved they suddenly changed their story because they had actually filed my claim and been reimbursed for it and just didn't want to give me back my money. That's called insurance fraud. They were paid for the claim in January it's now April 28th and I still haven't received my check. So I told them I would just come to the office and pick it up myself or have my husband and they informed me that even though my husband's name is on the account my husband in fact was the person that paid for the visit they will not release the check to him I have to come and personally get it myself. If you have Medicaid this is probably a good place for you if you don't have Medicaid they don't care!!!!

The atmosphere is amazing! From the moment I stepped through the door to the moment I left, nothing but sheer respect, kindness, and professionalism. My daughter was having severe pain and I honestly did not expect treatment to be done same day and they went ahead and took the pain away without thinking twice and they also did her yearly cleaning. The doctor was amazing he explained and SHOWED to me everything that was going to be done and his assistant was very soothing with my daughter as well. I'm so thankful for this office and the great experience they gave us. Our new dental home!

Came in on an emergency. My son had broken off half his front tooth. By the time we got there my nerves were so shot I couldn't hold a pen. The front staff helped me fill out the forms. The dentist and staff stayed past closing to reattach the piece of tooth. They told my child every step they were doing so he didn't freak out more than he was already freaking out. The only hard part was the novocaine shot and that could have been a huge mess, but they kept him calm. They were so friendly. Now only time will tell if his tooth heals on its own or more dental work is needed.

My son was there and left his blanket at the office. Note he is autistic and the blanket has been his security item for years. My mom took him the appointment and later that evening we realized the blanket was left there. We called first thing in the morning When they opened and they didn't know where it was said they would have to talk the cleaning crew and they would call back. Well I called back up there at about 3:30 and they confirmed the cleaning lady did throw it away and the trash people had already emptied the dumpster. I asked if they had a lost and found since this is a pediatric practice and kids leave stuff all the time. They said that they used to but stuff never got picked up, so I guess now they just throw everything away, which I think is bad practice especially since these kids are having invasive procedures and sometimes having something to comfort them is needed and it's sad to know it will be thrown in the trash if left there.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! The whole staff is amazing and super sweet. Dr. Antonio is awesome at what he does! I won't take my daughter anywhere else! Wait times aren't to long(20 minutes tops), the staff identifies the issue and gets it taken care of that day, very knowledgeable!
