Stephanie has worked in the dental field for over 10 years, but has been in the healthcare field for over 17 years. Stephanie has been working as a patient coordinator with Dr. Makram since 2012 and feels very proud to be a part of Dr. Makram's team!
Dr. Sandra Makram earned her dental degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. During her time in dental school she treated many children and special needs patients, and realized that this was her calling. She pursued and completed a specialty degree in Pediatric Dentistry at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Soon after, Dr. Makram moved to Florida where she has been practicing pediatric dentistry ever since. Dr. Makram is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.

From the front office staff to the hygienists to the dentists, this is the best pediatric office. I could not be more pleased with the care and service provided. Highly recommend!

Took my 3 year old here for her first dentist experience ever. She loved it! The office was clean, the staff was super friendly, and it was overall a great experience. Already recommended to my sister to bring her kids!

Dr. Makram and her staff is amazing. My daughter has been her patient for about 10 years. I made dentist appointment for my son when he was born. He will see Dr. Makram when he turns one year old!

Dr. Makram and Valerie were amazing. Thank you for your patience, extra time, distractions, explanations and care in ensuring my son (5 1/2) was as comfortable as possible. I would never have thought he would be giving thumbs up while in your chair, getting his cavity taken care of. To anyone looking for a a dentist for your kids, you just found the right place.

I took my five-year-old to see Dr. Makram after having a traumatic experience with another pediatric dentist. Walking into this office my daughter was petrified from the moment we walked in. On our way to the back and until the time that we left, her and her staff went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Makram and her assistant went over detail by detail of exactly what they were doing to her. They also allowed her touch and feel every object that they were going to use and explained how it would feel and sound. This completely changed my whole daughters outlook on the dentist. When we left she was smiling and laughing. So from this point on Dr. Makram will officially my daughters dentist.

Dr Makrams office is without question the best dentist for my kids! We had been to a number of dentists prior to being referred here and we will not ever go anywhere else. The dentists and hygienists are great with both kids, they explain everything in a way they understand and always make them feel comfortable. They have been on time for each of our visits and the office is bright and friendly!

Dr. Makram and her staff are absolutely amazing! She came recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad she did. From the staff at the front desk to the staff in the back, they are phenomenal. My son, who is 4, had to get a filling and they made him feel so comfortable with the laughing gas that he sat through the entire procedure with no fuss. I was also able to be in the room during the process which was a big deal for be because of prior bad experiences with other pediatric dentist offices. I would recommend this office 110% to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

We have been going to Dr. Makram for years. I have always thought this was a great dental practice and have recommended it to friends. My family is very pleased with Dr Sandra Makram and her team. The staff at Pediatric Dentistry of Westchase are always friendly and professional. We have been going to this office for the past 6 years, both of my kids love going to the dentist. Dr Makran is wonderful with kids, we really appreciated how calm and comfortable she always makes our son and daughter, I love that she talks to them and answers any questions they have. They walk us through each procedure and always let us know what to expect before proceeding with anything . We LOVE this office and Our family highly recommends this practice.

We love this office. Dr. Makram and the rest of the staff make my kids feel comfortable and calm with a visit to the dentist. My son has had some work done that most kids would not want to go through. She made him feel comfortable from start to finish and I am so thankful for that. I love that she talks about the work needed in way that will not scare them. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have a 4yr old, 2.5yr old and 10month old. The older 2 have been here twice now and they look forward to each visit. They're excited to go. As a mom of 3 boys, I couldn't be happier!
