Dr. Jonathon Traska is excited to be part of the Traska Family Dental team. He finds the joy of dentistry in relationships with his patients. His goal is to understand the desire of a patient as an individual and present the all the options available to them. He likes to take the time to talk through all their questions and make sure they are comfortable with their choice in dental care.
Dr. Traska grew up in Wausau, WI and moved to the Greater Milwaukee area to attend Concordia University Wisconsin where he received a bachelors degree in Theology with focuses in youth ministry and mission work. After a career in youth ministry he pursued his dream of becoming a dentist. He then attended Marquette University for prerequisite courses and dental school as well. His favorite part of dental school was being honored to serve as class president and participating in student council.
When Dr. Traska is not at the office you will find him with his wife Maria and their 5 children. Life is busy to say the least, but he knows all that multi-tasking is good experience to keep a dental practice running smoothly. He also enjoys taking care of a garden, fishing, hunting, grilling, and even brewing his own beer.
Dr. Michael Sandoval has been creating smiles by practicing general dentistry, along with orthodontics, including Invisalign, cosmetic makeovers, TMJ treatment and endodontics, in Muskego, for 25 years. Since he has been in the same office space for 25 years, he now is providing service to grandchildren of his patients. His favorite patients are the ones who come in for the first time that are scared of the dentist. His gentle and kind approach quickly calms fearful patients and he usually has them laughing before they leave the chair.
Dr. Christina Lundin believes that every patient should be proud of his or her smile. She is passionate about building relationships with her patients based on communication and compassion, ultimately allowing her to provide high-quality dental care tailored to each of her patients individual needs. Her goal is to not only promote oral health, but also self-confidence!
Dr. Christina Lundin grew up in a suburb northwest of Chicago. She moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University, where she was then accepted to the School of Dentistry after just three years of undergraduate study. Dr. Lundin works hard to not only improve her current techniques but also to learn new skills and technology through continuing education courses and keeping up with the latest research.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lundin enjoys spending time with her husband Bill and their two rescue pups, Stella and Howard. Together, they love to explore new restaurants, travel the world, and attend all types of sporting events. Though they are a house-divided (as Bill is a Wisconsin native), they find it makes things that much more exciting!
Dr. Kathleen Conroy is a proud Milwaukee native who has been part of the dental community for over 20 years. She began dental assisting as a junior in high school and that experience ignited her passion for dentistry and patient care. Dr. Conroy prides herself on listening to patients concerns and providing timely, compassionate and comprehensive treatment.
Dr. Conroy was accepted into the Marquette University Pre-Dental Scholars Program in 2000 which allowed her to earn both a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2004 and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2007. She began working at Sandoval Dental Care in 2008 and looks forward to continuing to foster patient relationships at Traska Family Dental well into the future. Dr. Conroy is a member of the ADA, WDA and GMDA and keeps up with the newest techniques through continuing education classes and professional journals.
Dr. Kathleen Conroy is privileged to serve as a dentist in an incredibly fulfilling career. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her loving husband and vivacious daughter. She loves reading, cross-stitching, baking and traveling when she has the chance. She and her family love going for walks at the lakefront, going to all the exciting summer festivals and perusing farmers markets for fun and unusual ingredients.
Tina is our office manager at Traska Family Dental and has been part of the dental community for over 27 years! She enjoys coming to work each day knowing she has a great team to work with and with all of the new technology, there is always something new and exciting to learn. Some of her interests include working out, reading, and spending time with her family. Tina has a son named Forrest who is all grown up and has three beautiful children of his own, Kailee, Forrest Jr., and Ava Her and her husband Justin live in Franksville have been married for over 18 years and loves spending weekends relaxing at their cottage in the north woods.
Jodie joined the Traska Family Dental team back in 2016. She recently took a short sabbatical to see what the world had to offer and then she realized that SDC is where she wanted to be. When you come into the office you will see her positive energy radiating from behind the front desk. She graduated WCTC with a degree in Interior Design.
Cassie recently joined the front desk team May 2021. She is a graduate of Muskego Highschool. She resides with her boyfriend Alex and their adorable kitten, Clover. Cassie enjoys going fishing and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite place to go to relax is up north in Plainfield, WI where she munches on smores in front of the campfire.
Justin has been a part of the Dental field since 1999. He started out as a sterilization tech and soon thereafter became an assistant. He was quickly promoted to clinical manager, and specializes in the orthodontic treatment of both our child and adult patients. He takes continuing education to keep up with the fast paced changes in the dental world. He also creates all of the orthodontic appliances in our in-house lab.
In his free time he likes to hunt and fish, spend time with his beautiful wife Tina, and their littles he loves watching movies and completing all of the projects around the house. He makes a tasty bottle of wine.
Julie joined our team in July of 2008. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and continues her education yearly to keep up with the new and exciting changes in the dental field. She has a long time boyfriend, two children and a dog. Her free time is usually taken up by her sons baseball schedule and her daughters gymnastic schedule. Julie does find time for hiking, working out, and occasionally visit the dog parks!
Amanda is another one of our fantastic assistants completing our team. She has many years of dental assisting skills. She graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2012. Amanda has three beautiful daughters and one handsome grandson! In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her daughters and grandson watching movies and spending time outside! She loves working directly with people and helping patients with their smile!
Jodi has been a part of our Traska Family Dental hygiene team for the past 22 years. She is a 1997 graduate of MATCs dental hygiene program. She keeps up to date on her oral health education by taking continuing education classes on subjects that have included but are not limited to: periodontal health, caries control, oral hygiene products and techniques, oral cancer screening, and infection control. Over the years, she has truly enjoyed getting to know her patients and working to meet each of their individual needs. Outside of the office, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her husband, and their two teenage daughters, who keep them busy with their many extra-curricular activities. Jodi and family love to travel, and get away whenever they can, whether it is a weekend up in the north woods or a week-long beach vacation in Mexico.
Erika is a 2012 graduate of the Waukesha County Technical College dental hygiene program and has been working as a dental hygienist ever since. She joined the SDC team in March of 2014. She loves Netflix, reading, and spending time with her family and friends, especially in Biergartens! After nearly 10 years of friendship, she recently got married to the funniest and most wonderful man she knows, Eugene.
Mary is a 1984 graduate of the University of Minnesota dental hygiene program with an associate degree and 2008 with a BS in dental hygiene and joined the SDC team in June 2019. Mary enjoys educating and helping patients to improve their oral health.
Mary and her husband have three grown children. Outside of working Mary enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, reading and spending time at the family cabin in northern Wisconsin.
X-rays are a very helpful tool in determining a patients oral health. We have our own digital panoramic x-ray machine along with digital x-ray machines at each chair. We digitally scan the x-rays immediately in house so the doctor can fully inspect your oral health.
