Lacks diversity. Had a very weird vibe the entire time I was there. Coming from my last ortho, this place left much to be desired

I got my braces off almost 5 years ago and I still LOVE Sandifer Orthodontics!! Dr. Sandifer is now a neighbor and family friend and we all adore her so much! She is so accommodating even 5 years later and is always happy to fix my retainer and do maintenance to keep my teeth straight. The office is so beautiful after they did renovations, and is always spotless! The nursing staff is also so kind and always smiling when they take care of you and I always feel SO comfortable here! The receptionist also greets you with a big smile when you walk in. Take your kids to Dr. Sandifer for their corrective dental care, you will not regret it ever!!

I absolutely love this orthodontist.! The staff is perfect, Dr Sandifer is an angel! I love how patient they are with me and my difficult band color changes.! 10/10 recommendation, especially if your looking for a beautiful smile!!

I used to come here when I was younger when Dr. Guy was the ortho. I went back to get my retainers fixed, since this was the location I had originally had them placed. I asked the nurse if my insurance would cover the visit. She responded "Retainers usually aren't covered by insurance" without even checking. When I told her I would make an appointment to come back, after checking with my insurance provider, the nurse says "So you want to come back when you have enough?"........I didn't say anything. The ortho comes over, and the nurse, without hesitation, says "He's going to come back once he saves up" as if I was a child saving for up for a toy. As if I wasn't not able to pay out of pocket for whatever treatment I needed (which I was), which after speaking to the receptionist, is cover by my insurance. I have never been so humiliated and racially profiled in my life. Will NEVER step foot in this establishment for as long as I live. And I would suggest you to do the same.

I've been taking one daughter to Dr. Sandifer for a few years now and another has braces. The staff is nice for the most part but in the beginning I had a questionable experience when it came to the billing/ insurance. When I handed the lady my BCBS insurance card... she immediately handed it back and said we don't accept Medicaid. I just looked at her in disbelief. And responded Medicaid is my employer. I was shocked because if that's your automatic response to anything with Medicaid on it you have the wrong attitude and shouldn't be working with the public. Bad staff in a medical clinic will quietly run off patients. Other than the questionable administrative staff, the clinical staff is superb.

I've never had an experience like this in my life. This is not a dentist office but a family. I felt at home every time I came for an appointment. At my consultation I had the opportunity to meet the absolute sweetest lady ever in Dr. Sandifer. She is the best. And although it's bittersweet to be getting my braces removed because of how much I'll miss the, when people ask about my braces and where I go, I send them to my home away from home. I love these ladies!!

If I could give Sandifer Orthodontics 10 stars I would. My wife and I have had our braces since December 2019, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them. Kindness, Professionalism, and Great Service was a staple throughout our time with them. We both had complicated issues and Dr. Sandifer handled them well. Sadly we are relocating and will need a new orthodontist, they will truly be missed.

Dr. Sandifer and her team are awesome. Its truly amazing that I had the opportunity to have such a wonderful experience all while achieving a top tier smile from Sandifer Orthodontics. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing smile. Did I mention its beautiful and modern! What I love most about Sandifer's Orthodontist is the "no wait time"! She get you in and out. It's a very friendly atmosphere. Dr. Sandier has a really calm polite personality!
