So today, 9/29/22. I go in it's my girlfriend getting her wisdom teeth pulled. seems great at first but once we're leaving the woman pushing my girlfriend out on the wheel chair basically tries dumping her out the chair while she's still recovering from the 20 minute rush job of an operation (which would have been impressive had the service not been completely rude). They didn't give her an ice pack when we left either, which is an essential after an op like this. Before they put her under they were being rude to her in the chair. I RECOMMEND RIO GRANDE ORAL SURGERY INSTEAD. much nicer staff way more professional.

I haven't seen you for a few years but as usual, everyone was so professional and so helpful. And I absolutely love the fact that your wife has added such a wonderful addition to this total care concept! Congrats to her and to everyone else working at this amazing place. If youve been putting off surgery, this is your sign to do it here ! I've been terrified of having my wisdom teeth removed for over 3 years and this office is the reason why I went through with the procedure. I had all 4 severely impacted teeth removed in addition to facial liposuction 4 days ago and have experienced ZERO pain. Of course a little discomfort and nausea but overall from start to finish I've had amazing care from the dr and his staff. He provided me with all of the necessary prescriptions, aftercare items and then some. Thank you so much dr tuggle!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here a week ago. The staff was amicable and took very good care of me the whole way. Dr. Tuggle walked me through the process before surgery and was very open and honest with all my questions. I was worried about the recovery, but they did an excellent job ensuring it went smoothly.

I needed two wisdom teeth extractions and Doc got me in within a week and today I had my right wisdom teeth removed the process was quick easy they made me very comfortable everyone here has been courteous and caring. I highly recommend this office he was the only person I could find that would accept my medical insurance (Medicaid) for wisdom teeth removal over the age of 19. Thank you Doctor Tuggle!

Kind, caring people. All of them from the Dr to the cleaning people!. The young ladies in the front and also in the back are very professional and not once did they drop the ball. If they needed to call me back with more info THEY DID!! N ever left me wondering!!! ZERO ANXIETY, ZERO FEAR, ZERO PAIN!!! Doc knows what he's doing. I recommend very highly this great place.

These guys took care of me right away made my appointment for my wisdom tooth and bam! They work their magic.. thank you for getting me in as fast as you did. I would of like to have seen my wisdom tooth but it all good Thank you you guys very much to the Dr and his excellent health team.

Terrible customer service the receptionist didn't know the difference between HMO and PPO...Not good..I bet the doctor is clueless too...they said. We don't take PPO lol A joke

The oral surgeon, the nurses, the tech and the receptionists were all beyond professional and compassionate. Though the wisdom teeth extraction was for my 17yr old son, they spoke to him as a young adult. They paid attention to detail before and after, like moving slowly with him while he was still drowsy. The doctor talked with him before and didn't talk above him and really tried to put my son's anxiety to ease. He also was very tactful about what to expect and quite thorough about after care. ( As was the other staff involved in his care). It was nice to get a call the next morning from them following up on his wellness. I highly recommend this oral surgeon and office!

I just want to warn anyone who gos through this place to be careful and prevent what happened to me. I got my wisdom teeth extracted here and ended up with half of my tongue with no feeling or taste. I've been miserable ever since and don't want it to happen to anyone else.

My sister who is special needs was provided oral surgery here at this practice and it went extremely well. She was taken care of quickly and efficiently and with care. The ladies answering the phone were very friendly, patient and spoke Spanish which my mom appreciated. One thing I really liked was that they took their time out of their day to call us a day or two after the surgery just to check in and see if we had any questions or concerns! Very professional and great service. I 110% recommend this place!
