The girls at the front desk were very nice and very attentive to my concerns. The dental assistants helped me with overcoming my fears of the dentist. Dr. Lee has very gentle hands and listened to my concerns. I strongly recommend this office and the prices are very affordable

Horrible experience. Came for a cleaning everything was fine, I was offered to change the silver fillings one small and one big . Four weeks later when I'm back to change the filling the dentist says she doesn't recommend for me to change the big one because I might need a root canal ! So why she offered 4 weeks early for me to change it ?!?!???? And then said that tooth had a cavity and did the filling for the cavity that I didn't had . Then just go to the next client without answering all my questions and tell the assistant to explain. Scam !!!! They just want to take money from people ! Liers !

Not good service from the staff which can't speak English most of all it lacks professionalism and empathy, speaking for my self and my daughter whom lost a filling they put on her tooth and later fallout about a month later and they made her pay out pocket! I have gone to this dentist for many years for myself and have not had a problem. Dental work has been fine. They have several dentists who work there usually not for long. I have not had a problem with dentistry, However, recently I brought my teenage son there for some in depth work. My insurance said they would cover it. After talking with insurance company Sams Dentals said I would need to pay a considerable amount out of pocket for procedures not covered. I am not familiar with dentist work - but me and my wife agreed to pay them the cash which we did. Later the insurance company said they would pay much more toward the total bill. When I presented this to office they appeared angry. I asked why I was not being reimbursed my cash (when the insurance clearly stating they were paying). Now they have me on hold and wont specifically give me an answer on what they will do. When I call back to clarify, they hang up on me. That is very unprofessional. In addition, at one point, they charged my credit card three times. Twice in error. As a result, my bank debited me three times and I incurred an overdraft and fees. They acted like they could care less and would not take part in blame. Stay away from this office. They apparently are unscrupulous. I certainly cannot afford circumstances like this. Take my advice do not go here or beware. They won't even tell me who I can call to try and rectify this myself. CB

I came here for a regular filling. The dentist who was taking care of me was doing a terrible job. Things seemed to be unorganized as he had to leave the room multiple times while he was treating me. Long story short the results were terrible and a few weeks later I had issues again. I ended up needing a crown because the tooth was too damaged. Definitely not happy, wont return and cant recommend!

Went here one morning for a routine cleaning. Super busy. Had called in advance to check if they took my insurance. The office did not warn me they were out of network. Ended up paying 300 bucks for something that should've been 0. During my cleaning the dentist had come back saying I did not have cavities and needed a deep cleaning for one of my teeth. 7 months later after I go to another dentist for a routine cleaning. I have a giant cavity that may require a root canal in the next couple weeks and I do not need deep cleaning. Makes me wonder whether this office had mixed up my xrays but either way I do not trust them at all.
