Dr. Tysa Judd is originally from Montana and started her career in dentistry as an assistant in Bozeman Montana. She then attended dental hygiene school in Sheridan Wyoming and graduated in 2007 with a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming. In 2015, she decided to expand her dental capabilities and went back to school. She attended dental school at OHSU and graduated in 2019 with her DMD. Dr. Judd enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring all the beautiful places in the PNW with her husband Clayton and their dog Elle.
Ashley joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2013. She is a licensed dental hygienist and an expert in deep cleanings, sealants, and oral hygiene. She is gentle and kind, and patients appreciate her great bedside manner.
LeeAnn joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2019. She is a licensed dental hygienist and an expert in deep cleanings, sealants, and oral hygiene. She is gentle and kind, and patients appreciate her great bedside manner.
Marianne joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2012, and has been a dental assistant since the 1980s. She holds an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certificate and is a lead dental assistant. She has experience with CEREC same-day crown, endodontics, dentures, orthodontics, teeth whitening, fillings, sealants, and more.
Natasha joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2013. She holds an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certificate and is currently a lead dental assistant. She has experience with CEREC same-day crowns, endodontics, dentures, orthodontics, teeth whitening, fillings, sealants, and more.
Missy joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2013. She started as an insurance and office specialist, and now works as a dental assistant. Missy loves spending time with her family and friends, and especially loves trips to Hawaii!
Kathryn joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2019. She holds an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certificate and a Expanded Function Orthodontic Dental Assistant. She has experience with CEREC same-day crowns, endodontics, dentures, orthodontics, teeth whitening, fillings, sealants, and more.
Nicole joined the staff of SandCreek Dental in 2020. She holds an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certificate. Nicole has been a Dental Assistant since 1995. She has experience with CEREC same-day crowns, endodontics, dentures, orthodontics, teeth whitening, fillings, sealants, and more. Nicole loves nothing more than her family and watching her 2 kids play sports!

I moved here three years ago, a bit apprehensive about finding a good dentist. So it was very refreshing to experience such a high degree of patient centered care and quality work. From the front office to the dental hygienist, the dental assistant, and Dr. Judd, they were all genuinely friendly, respectful, courteous and professional, sometimes even funny! I appreciate the conservative approach of just doing what was needed and no upsell. Dr. Judd answered all my questions and explained things very well. I have finally found my hometown dental practice! Thx!

We are on vacation and my daughter forgot her dental wax for her braces we looked all over town and couldn't find any I called this office they were so nice they let me come get some I offered to pay but they just gave it to us it's not often you find such wonderful people these days! they are life savers if I lived local I would for sure use them for my dental work

Sand creek dental goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. They have great communication skills and fantastic care. I would Recommend everyone to this office. My last dentist missed a big problem that this office caught immediately which saved my tooth.

I came in for a second opinion for a root canal as I heard they can do them without having to go out to portland. Dr Javadi was very kind and professional explaining to me what my problem was and didn't feel comfortable doing what I needed done so referred me to endodontist which I appreciate the honesty and taking his time with me I will be back in the future!

It was my first time at Sand Dental - I was nervous about COVID protocols. I need not worry. Everyone was masked and I saw cleaning taking place non stop. I was made to feel at home and my care was exemplary. All my questions were answered-there was no hard sell to get work done that I didn't need. This is now my new dentist and I'm looking forward to continuing to get all my dental needs met at Sand Creek.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They were considerate as well. They had a kid in the next booth over and let him watch TV on a screen while they worked on his teeth. I thought that was cool.

It is a beautiful office with welcoming staff and state of the art equipment. Going to the dentist is difficult for me but going to Sandcreek Dental is a very nice experience.

I went to Sand Creek Dental for the first time a week ago, I was extremely impressed the moment I walked into the building, everything was spotless, masks were worn, and then when I was called back to see the dentist and dental hygienist, I was even more impressed, I was listened to, every thing was explained , we came up with a game plan, I felt like they honored me not only as a patient, but also as a person, I have not at this time had any work done yet, other than a cleaning and impressions, which went extremely well, my first appointment is scheduled for January 2021... every one I met that day was so kind and caring..I highly recommend Sand Creek Dental !!

Dr Javadi was amazing, as is the rest of the staff. We recently moved and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to be seen. We recently moved from Multnomah county where I was on a waiting list for my regular dentist. While extractions aren't usually comfortable, Dr Javadi was beyond amazing when it came to coping with an anxious patient. The dental assistant made sure I felt comfortable, and even held my hand. I woke up the next day with very minimal discomfort and no swelling. I'm so glad we found this dentist, I've recommended this clinic to my local friends as well.

Excellent, clean facility, prompt appointment, and best of all, Dr. Judd did 3 fillings in a half hour without any pain or novocaine. Jiust hope the bill is as reasonable.

My son had a cleaning and it went great. So he was feeling confident a few months later for his filling. The doctor was kind and the assistant was too. Midway through my son had a full blown panic attack. He wasn't throwing a "tantrum" or screaming but was super hyperventilating and crying and almost throwing up. But the hole was already drilled and we needed to get through it. "Happy Air" was no longer an option as he was crying and breathing through his mouth, not his nose. The doctor had to work quickly and keep a level head. The assistant struggled a bit but the doctor stayed calm and got the job done. Allowing a few breaks for my son but overall we just needed it to get done fast. I appreciated his patience, professionalism and kindness towards me and my son.
