Save your time and don't come here. My 3 children had their appointment at 11:30 they canceled the appointment due to not signing into there app and arriving 2 minutes late. I let them just take in 2 of my children and they refuse because doctor was in a rush to go to another office. Like really 11:32 and doctor rushed to leave when our appointment was at 11:30 for 3 children that was going to take some time. This wasn't acceptable I took time off my busy schedule so they can make me lose my time. Plus the 3 women up front are very rude.

First visit here and I am defiantly going to bring my kiddos back. The staff was very warm and friendly w/ my 5 year old and I. Only thing they're missing is some distractions in the front office. We got a little squirrelly waiting to get called back.

We showed up in person after completing the health questionnaire and receiving a confirmation of appointment, however, since we did not check in through the app they were not able to take us. This was the second cleaning for the year which means that the annual consent forms that were required are good for one year but they wanted us to go through the app to reconfirm again. They should not be relying on technology without a manual backup process in place. I did not have access to technology that would enable me to complete the online check-in prior to the appointment. It is unfair that they did not have technology available for me to complete the online check-in process either. The use of the app is also inconsistently applied and is not used with the orthodontic portion of the practice.

My daughter had so much anxiety about needing a tooth pulled. Dr Lee took it out without her even having knowing! She was shocked to find out at the end of the visit that he had done it already.

I debated going lower than three stars but decided not to. When you can get in, Dr. Lee is nice. The staff is nice. Everyone is nice. However, if you need to get in for something important, it's a nightmare. Dr. Lee said my 6-year-old daughter's tooth is growing in wrong, so they needed to pull her baby tooth to make room. She freaked out when they tried to put the face mask on her for the medicine. They didn't really explain what was going to happen prior to doing it, and I guess we didn't prep her well enough before going in. Nobody could get her calmed down and they ended it by saying we needed to reschedule and come back when she is ready and they would squeeze her in. A few days later, we called and they tell us they cannot "squeeze" her in until a month and a half later! Then after physically going down there to talk to the staff and Dr., they now say they can "squeeze" her in 3 weeks later. Before we left the first time, Dr. Lee said it was crucial this tooth comes out and to call when she was ready. Now that she is ready, they cannot get her back in like they initially said. It's frustrating and disheartening they did this.

My girls Mia and Aly love Dr Lee they always tell me about there dental visit. Unfortunately I'm not able to be there in person but when we talk... they are always excited to tell me everything. They love the girls that take the pictures of there teeth and brush them...they say it tickles. The best part is the surprise at the end of visit. Mia says she always loves to go to dentist she has braces and get to say hi to Dr Lee more often. "Kids" aren't always easy I say it cause I kno my kids. Thanks Dr Lee and team I appreciate u guys for ur patience and care.

Dr. Sing and assistant Victoria are awesome! Made all 3 of my kiddos feel very comfortable and welcome! Very straight forward about the care/future and treatments for my kids. (Ages 8, 5 and 2) very thankful we found them. My 5 year old had really bad experience at previous dr office and they have gained her trust in just one visit!

Dr. Singh was incredible with our 8 year old, who spent 45 minutes getting work done. He cared and interacted with our child in an amazing way.

Dr. Robinson was kind and gentle with our one year son. You can tell he is experienced working with young children. Dr. Robinson answered all our questions and quickly helped us treat our baby. We were transferred to Skyline Dental Kids from another office when my son developed an infection. Skyline was able to see us same day and even earlier than our appointment time. Thankful for their assistance.

Dr. Robinson made my children feel at ease. Angelica did great at cleaning my children's teeth and Laura doing the x rays was amazing at explaining everything to my kids and making them feel involved in their care. Great team!

I love bring my children to Dr. Lee. He is so patient and kind to both of my children. The hygienist are also extremely friendly and make my children feel comfortable to be there!!!
