Dr. Zahedi, a 1999 graduate of Boston University School of Dental Medicine practiced in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts for a year and then he moved to the Bay Area where he has been practicing since 2001. Don't bother contacting them, they don't want your business. Just a quick recap of my experience: 1. Called during office hours, no answer 2. Visited website, filled out appointment form - was told they would contact me. Didn't happen. 3. Next day I called in the morning. Got someone this time who rudely told me they had 3 calls ahead of me, and instead of having me hold, told me they would call me back. No surprise, they did not. 4. I called again during office hours towards the end of the day. No answer again. Can't comment on the dentistry, but seems like their front office is struggling - wouldn't trust them with billing or insurance at this point, so I found somewhere else.

I have been traveling for a few months and broke a tooth a couple weeks ago and was having such a hard time finding a dentist to help me! All places are booked up or not accepting new patients. I was considering flying back to my home town just for a dental procedure, which was obviously not ideal! I called San Rafael Dentistry and was so excited they were able to see me the same day! Farnam, the office coordinator, was so friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to get me in right away and told me I needed a crown. I was pretty resistant, so they took extra x-rays and explained everything so well which gave me the confidence that I should do that. Dr. Zahedi is so knowledgeable and patient, he's friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous getting this crown put in but it's great so far. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area, and when I'm back in California I'll be happy to come by for any additional dental work I might need.

Dr Zahedi is very conscientious and caring. He frequently checked to make sure I wasn't feeling pain. He explained the implant procedures well, and followed up afterwards. I'm very happy with the results.

Dr. Peter Zahedi, DMD at San Rafael Dentistry did a superb job fixing my broken front tooth recently. The tooth was fractured, so he had to extract it and make a bridge with my other front teeth. It came out so much better than I expected. Dr. Peter promised he would make me look 110% better than when I first walked into his office. Today I was fitted with the bridge and I am very happy to say Dr. Peter kept his promise. I'm ecstatic with the results. Thank you Dr. Peter, Farnam and Teresa. Job well done!!! I have the highest regard for Dr. Zahedi. He has been my dentist for 13 years and has done a wonderful job of helping me maintain my oral health. He listens carefully to my questions, cares and concerns. He explains procedures clearly so that I understand what he is going to do and why he is going to do it. He refers me to specialists when appropriate. And his treatments, from routine care to more complicated matters, has always been effective. He is patient, caring, and has a good sense of humor. A+!

Dr Zahedi and team are The Best! We were so glad to find them years ago, after a long run without a dentist, and we've trusted our family's dental health to them ever since. They helped us find insurance and get into a routine, and they are extremely committed to personalized care - they got to know us and they even know our dog's name . They made the effort to get us all caught up and now we are at preventative care. I have a movie star smile and great satisfaction knowing we are under the best care. Doctor zahedi and his dental staff are one of the top best dental offices I've visited. I was referred by a friend to their office for second opinion when I was dx with 12 cavities. And I am glad I listened to the advise and reached out to their office for second opinion. Dr. Zahedi is honest, loyal and compassion towards his patients. His honest and most accurate judgment on dental planning is very relaxing. (There were no 12 cavities) It has been 8-9 years my family and I visit Dr. Zahedi' s office and have been pleased with their work since then. They might not be pediatric dentistry but I still take my 8 and 5 year old children to their office because of professional staff and services we recieve with every visit.

Dr Peter Zahedi is the most professional, honest, highly trained, kind, patient and thorough dentist I have ever been to. I have had work done with him from crowns to implants, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcomes. I sent my sons 18 and 21 to him as well, I wouldn't have anyone else for a dentist! His brother who works at the front desk is delightful, always smiling, kind and patient as well. I highly recommend San Rafael Dentistry, Dr. Peter Zahedi. A++!!

After bouncing around for few years with other Dentists with poor dental practice and services, I finally found my dental home! Dr. Peter Zahedi had provided most of my dental care for more than a decade now, and I am always grateful for his honestly and professionalism.
