A friend referred me to Dr. Wong and I feel so fortunate!. My 2 front teeth have been crooked all of my life and a few of my teeth had recently chipped so it was time to make changes to my smile. Dr. Wong went right to work using the BioClear 360 Veneer process and 2.5 weeks later I have straight, gorgeous white top teeth and a wonderful smile!!. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Wong is warm and sincere and strives for a perfect outcome. I am thrilled with my experience and HIGH RECOMMEND Dr. Wong!.

I have known Dr. Michael Wong for over 25 years. I have known him as a physician, and one who specializes in customer care along with highly sought after dental care. Have you ever received a cellphone call from your dentist on his way home to see how you were doing after the shot wears off? Dr. Wong is the only dentist I have ever had that has done that and it is the same with my wife. The front door is where you will begin at his office and you will never forget Michelle and all the staff there. Loving people.

Dr. Wrong and his whole team is fantastic! I am someone who hates the dentist and have been hopping around to different dentists in my area trying to find one I like. I gave Dr. Wong a try because while I was looking for a good general dentist for cleanings and such, I also did want to get some cosmetic work done as well. I decided to give him a try. For about a year or so, I just went to him for cleanings. His staff is extremely friendly and nice. They made me feel very comfortable while I got cleanings, which is nice because I'm generally a nervous patient. They were gentle and careful with the areas in my mouth that were sensitive. Eventually I felt comfortable enough to get the cosmetic work done. Dr. Wong did such a fantastic job on my teeth! He made it so my teeth were nice and even. There was also one tooth that was being stubborn and not whitening with the rest. So we did an internal bleaching, which worked great! My smile is lovely again. He also made sure that my teeth would still fit in my retainers, which is great because ordering new ones is expensive. Dr. Wrong is very skilled and friendly. You can tell the staff is happy to be working there, too. I highly recommend his office.

Dr. Wong is a master of his craft and exudes competence. I had been seen by other dentists who listed "cosmetic dentistry" as part of their practice and was told the process of fixing what I wanted fixed with either impossible or would take 4+ weeks in temporaries and even need ortho work. As soon as I sat down in Dr. Wong's chair he told me exactly what he wanted to do, it would be simple, only 2 weeks in temporaries that would look so great no one would know they weren't my real teeth, and suggested a couple small changes I hadn't even considered to make my smile perfect. The entire process was amazing and painless. I felt so much trust in Dr. Wong. I now have the PERFECT smile and my only regret is waiting so long to get this done! Thank you so much, Doctor!!

I'll start off by saying that this office did a very good job with my cleaning. My visit was also a year ago, so take it for what it is. I emphasize that I do not knock the quality of their services. My hygienist was a bit pretentious for my taste. Made a dig about how a filling done by my previous dentist wasn't great. Nothing that necessarily hurt my feelings, but I thought it was funny that she made that comment even after I mentioned that the dentist that did my filling was a family friend. She could have let that one go. What truly bothered me was the experience after my appointment. They charged me for an x ray, which they could have gotten from my previous dentist, who only took them 6 months prior. They never asked or checked to see if I already had those. I can take responsibility for that, but I will note that previous dentists have asked for relevant x rays beforehand to help patients save a bit. This office also recommended a custom mouth guard for Me to prevent grinding at night, which I agreed to. Other dentists have mentioned it as a possibility. It is more of a potential long term issue rather than an immediate problem. Ultimately Dr.Wong gave me a call and concluded that they couldn't make a custom mouth guard in my size and recommended just getting one from Amazon, which was fine with Me. However, they had already charged my insurance the $350 for the mouth guard. I only knew this because I called insurance directly. When I called Dr.Wong's office, they had no record of not being able to make the guard and the receptionist seemed angered that I was questioning the charge. They eventually got on the same page after she checked, but insurance had to fix it on their end. This left a bad taste in my mouth because I don't believe this would have been remedied on its own. The charge likely would have slipped through the cracks if I wasn't proactive. All in all, I understand that the clientele in this area may not have any problems with the way they do business here. However, I personally am not a fan of being nickel and dimed. Again, the services were solid, but I recommend being alert about what they're charging you for.

Dr Wong is the most patient, caring, and generous doctor I've ever had. I've been going to Dr Wong for 7 years now. Did my Invisalign, cleaning, fixing work all at Dr Wong's place. Highly recommend.

First off I must say that I am a crazy perfectionist and beyond detail-oriented.. to the point that I drive my family and those around me nuts. My daughter's case was an extremely difficult one: constructing a single front tooth veneer to match her other front tooth which has quite a bit of translucency & transparency with a lot of characterization. Coming from a family of dentists and wanting a perfect match, we sought the best. I can confidently say that Dr. Wong and the dental lab he uses are the best imaginable. Their unmatched techniques and keen eye for detail produced a tooth as close to perfection as possible. We cannot be happier with the results. There is no one I would trust more.. If you want the best, look no further!

I have had such a fear of dentists my whole life (I'm old!) and Dr Wong and his staff fixed me (and my toothache) in one visit. I tend to let things go too long because I'm afraid of it hurting, being scolded, embarrassed and just being at the dentist. Not at this office! Everyone so friendly and kind. Not a single scolding, just empathy and sympathy. Dr. Wong takes not causing pain very seriously and made sure I was comfortable throughout. He said he had a "bad dentist" who didn't care that it hurt as a kid and when he decided to be a dentist he decided he would be a good one - and he nailed it! Cannot recommend strongly enough!
