Customer service is garbage. Had an appointment canceled after calling in well ahead to inform them that I would be later than appt time but not by too much. When I got there to check in they blamed the cancelation on the contracted company (LHI) whe. Really they canceled it at the provider office because they were being lazy and had plans to leave the office after my appt. I will never use this office again and will be referring all persons away from using this office regardless of if it's for work or personal.

Hi. I left this 1 star due to treatment of my family. I am unsure where your response came from. We are not on welfare nor do we have state insurance. Infact, my husband is in the military. To the doctor who saw my husband today, I highly suggest not proudly proclaiming you don't wear a mask while getting massaged yet scolding my husband for not wearing his when you're about to go inside his mouth, because ya know, you're a dentist and you work inside of people's mouths. Anyway, safe to say he and our family will never come to this place again. Of course you don't see that me or my husband are "patients" at your location... SacredyGinge is not my real name as I don't share it publicly because of what I do for work... The fact that you tell people to sign a HIPAA release form to prove you didn't do what has been alleged against you is honestly hysterical. Only medical office I've ever seen do this. If these reviews matter that much to you, perhaps you should ask why you receive so many negative reviews in the first place. Stop telling people to sign a HIPAA release. Not only is it unprofessional, you're misleading people as to what a HIPAA release form truly entails. You'd have to have every patient there at the time also sign these forms. It's easy enough to enhance audio and video enough to see and hear their info as well. Anyway. Hope you find whatever validation you seek.

Went for my free dental cleaning my insurance provides but was told it would be $105...I let them charge my card then I was told my insurance doesn't cover what THEY wanted to do and it will be and additional $138.00. totaling $244. Hmm? No Thanks! They did credit my card back promptly... DON'T!!!

Terrible customer service. I received my bill in the mail and called to pay it over the phone. Got a past due notice the following month and called again and they verified I paid my bill and said it would be fixed. Wait another month and I get YET ANOTHER past due notice in the mail as well as a phone call from a collections agency. Upon calling again the individual that answers the phone informs me that they can not look up my account and i have to send an email explaining the situation to the office manager and see what they can do. If you value your credit score, I highly recommend you go somewhere else as this place obviously cant handle their billing correctly. As for your response, I would LOVE for you to release it. Everything I just said above is exactly what I said to you on the phone. And there were definitely no threats made. Feel free to release the audio to show everyone you're lying. I've paid you once and my bank account reflects it. I will not pay you again because your staff is too incompetent to handle billing.

I've been to a few dentist in my life but none quite like San Marco smiles I'll see where they got the name smiles every employee in there treats you with the upmost respect they almost make you feel like your family they have you look at everything they do you're not satisfied you tell them you'll do it the way you want they want you leaving with a smile on your face she has the most updated equipment that is made for a dentist the technology has come so far her stuff that she uses is great a stuff the best I would not recommend nobody going nowhere except San Marco smiles I can promise you you will love this place extremely clean the staff very polite they treat you excellent care there is nothing bad I can say about them the only thing I could say if I'm you I will check her office out her staff once you come for one visit I promise you you will switch to her and stay with her practice they are tremendous people and do top top quality work if they had a tin star rating I will give them a tin star the rock office San Marco Boulevard you would think parking would be a problem but it's not the back of her office is a fenced in parking lot only customers can come in you never have to worry about parking trust San Marcos miles I promise you you will keep going back thanks everyone thanks to the staff at San Marcos smiles the doctor and everyone that works there super job y'all do professional great service

They turned a minor complication into a giant fiasco. Had many issues, then they said they didn't take my insurance company. Office smelled like pan fried bacon. It was an unsettling odor for a dentists office.

This place is horrible! I went to them and got a quote for everything I needed done to correct my teeth. $2200 is what they quoted me so I wanted to pay and start that day but they told me about a financing program and when I applied their associate but my social in backwards and it did not render a response that day. So I paid upfront for $850 of my plan that same day, that was signed and dated with that quote of 2200. There are different phased of the plan so I oaid for 1st one (all on same plan) since they can only do so much in one day. So I go back the soonest apt they have and AT THE END OF MY APT they tell me my plan ( THAT THEY QUOTED AND I signed which is considered a contract) was quoted wrong and added $2400 to my total. Mind you I already started this treatment plan so I was very upset. The woman at the front desk never apologized for her error but instead tried to pull a fast one on me and have initial the plan that added $2400 to my bill. I asked to talk to a manager and she rudely stated she is the office manager and refused to let me talk to any form of supervisor. I am in the process of getting advice from legal cousel. Do not go to this place! Worst experience I have ever had. They would not honor the price quoted and said I only started the first phase of a plan and that I was notified of the mistake (after the got me for 855 bucks) and they would honor the new price they quoted for 30 days. So they wont honor the price quoted and signed for 30 days but a plan I havent even signed will be honored. The worst part was how rude she was about the whole thing and not once did anyone say they were sorry for the mistake.

I would not even give one star for this dental office but there is no choice. This was the worst dentist I had ever seen, I waited 40 minutes after they took full mouths of X-rays and after doctor came to examine, she barely did the exam without telling me if I have any problems. Then the assistant came to tell me that I need a deep cleaning and bunch of crowns without knowing why. I asked them that I want regular cleaning and speak with the doctor to know why I need so many crowns, and if have any cavities but they didn't let me speak with her and they didn't do cleaning. How can I afford $600 for deep cleaning if I have Medicaid? I have low income so I am getting help.I would never recommend this dental office if you definitely have medicaid insurance or ether not. They only want you money, they don't care about you! After this office I went to another dental office. Unfortunately my insurance didn't pay for exam and cleaning because they already paid for this awful office, and I paid out of packet. The new dental office said that I don't need deep cleaning at all. So you can clearly see that this office is only want your money. They are responding with the same sentence to every one. They don't have true answers because this office is horrible. PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

First of all I got appointment very quickly. Also waiting time was very less. Very clean n neat clinic. Friendly staff that is willing to assist if you have any needs. Specially Sunita did job very well. I felt very comfortable with her and she explained everything in detail. I definitely recommend choosing this dentist. They are taking at most care in this COVID situation which is highly appreciated.

I highly recommend San Marco Smiles... I can't sing enough praises. I am normally not a fan of the dentist AT ALL! However, I really appreciate the Dentist and staff. Very friendly and they stay true to their name San Marco SMILES. I saw all smiles, everyone looked like they love the job! That's important because I don't know about you but I'd prefer someone who was passionate about their job to work on. my smile. his is a very clean place and they take COVID serious! Always sanitizing, temperature checks, gloves and masks/shields. Over all. I had a FANTASTIC experience.

The doctor raved about the health of my teeth but still try to order a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. When I tried to get a Routine cleaning instead the person who schedules appointments said there is no such thing as a regular cleaning. She said that was just brushing my teeth. She then handed me a sheet of paper that explains the difference between a deep clean and a routine cleaning and told me I could call them when I wanted to schedule the appointment for the deep clean.

I had a 9AM appt, just for cleaning (maybe some xrays), and it took 2 hours (leaving at 11). The parent cannot go back to view, or meet the dentist (I am fully vaccinated and had a mask on). They were very unorganized, and they used a trainee on my daughter, who cut her lip (during a cleaning)! The chair was broken, and the tools they used leaked or sprayed water. X-rays had to be done multiple times because they were poorly done and not acceptable by the dentist. Numerous other stupid mistakes made. LOT of time wasted here. I'm not going back! They claim I was contacted to provide information in advance, and I was not. I only received a singular text which was solely for the purpose of "confirming" the appointment. My daughter advised me of numerous mistakes that they made during her appointment, and again they hurt her and cut her lip from a regular cleaning appointment. After she had been gone for an hour and a half, I asked for her, and they said a "few" more minutes. 15-20 minutes after that, they said "she's almost done". I told them I had to go, and I needed my daughter, regardless of whether she was done or not since it was almost 11AM (2 hours later). They never her brought her to me, I had to go in to get her. They don't have up to date equipment, everything was failing when my daughter was there. JUST DONT GO THERE!!!!! WARNING!!!!! [I only went there because they took my insurance and was not too far away. I will be looking for a new dentist, and I won't mind driving further for a better one.] This is my real experience with this office. It is not libel when it is true.
