the worst clinic in san jose. They anesthetize the children without their consent, they tell you that they are going to take x-rays and they come back to tell you what treatment will be given and they tell you to decide once and for all because the patient is already asleep. They tell you you're wasting time and they don't even give you time to think about it for less than 5 minutes because they already have the child asleep. Excellent, loving, caring staff and doctors. Our kids loved visiting the dentist's office. We went during COVID pandemic and everything felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

After seeing many dentist I was lucky to find Dental Surgery. My son was able to get his treatment at Once under anesthesia. Staff was polite. I'm also glad that they take my two insurance. The only thing I did like is that I was Not allowed to be next to my son during the treatment - parents should be allowed at least during anesthesia and after. But overall grateful for the service.

If only there was a 0! Front Office is very RUDE!!!!!!!! On top of that. I called to make a first time appointment for my 4-year-old and they said that to make an appointment I need to pay $500. Like how? Why? They haven't even seen my child before or anything.

Really bad my son screaming his lungs out after getting a molar pulled out ask them that he might need more anesthesia and they tell me kids over exaggerate never bringing him again

before I scheduled the appointment I had to pay over the phone $500 for anesthesia.which I thought was weird but my daughter needed the work done before her cavity got worse. I went in this office thinking my daughter only needed one crown for the 1 tooth that had a cavity .(told by her general dentist) They took her in the back room put her out took x-rays pulled me aside to show me the x-rays And the assistant said she needed 4 crowns on her top 4 front teeth and needed 3 fillings. I was really pressured to do the dr.s dental plan Which was putting 4 crowns on her four front teeth and do 3 fillings.even when I tried to ask questions the lady giving me info was not the dr. She was an assistant. So she wasn't able to answer my questions on top of that they gave me less than 3 minutes to make my decision like I have 2000$ Laying around . ThenTelling me silver crowns are no big deal that we'll get used to them ??? Umm no I regret letting the assistant talk me into doing something I was totally against. It was a decision I had to make right on the spot I wasn't able to take 10-15 minutes to get my My thoughts and affair in order. They were RUSHING me for a decision!! PERSONALLY I THINK THEY SCAMMED ME . I have my daughters xrays and I only see 4 cavity's one being in the front of her mouth that would need a crown which the GENERAL DENTIST pointed out before I attended the San Jose dental surgery office. So what I'm saying is I think they scammed me by adding three extra sliver crowns in my daughters mouth that was not needed. Now when she smiles it looks like a mouth full of silver. I miss Her beautiful non silver smile. I am changing them to white crowns very soon.

My 5 year old had to get a tooth pulled and some fillings for two cavity's. I was terrified to the point that I wasn't going to take her but she needed her front tooth pulled as it had broke off and was starting to poke out of her top gums. I cried because anesthesia scares me and I always think the worse BUT my baby was so safe there. The nurses and dentist as well as the anesthesiologist was AMAZING! I felt so much better after being there and seeing the environment and her nurse was perfect! Our appointment was at 11:15am and we are now home at 2:30pm and she is back to normal wife awake making jokes and being silly. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place to parents for their kids.

My 3 year old daughter needed 4 teeth pulled and 15 caps . And she is eating and didn't cry once after she regained full feeling of her mouth

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE, they didn't allow me to go with my 3 YR OLD son to get the x-ray or sedated. took him from my arms while he was terrified screaming reaching for me. but let the next family do it (racist) The staff is rude I would have punched her had it not been from the fact that my son woke up with a cut on his lip and crying and nauseous and took all my attention. Ill never make my child go thru something like that again. those teeth will fall off this is just more of a preventative procedure. The lady that runs this place is related to a dentist office in the bay area and they just refer kids to make money!
