Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

My wife went here when she had a small chip on her tooth and instead of addressing her tooth they tried UPSELLING over 1300 dollars of teeth cleaning and telling her she had to get it done as THEY recommended it and the insurance would not approve anything else as they had noted the account. My wife has zero build up on her teeth. Would not disclose exact pricing before procedures. Luckily my wife knew she was getting SCAMMED and walk out. NEVER go here they will rob you blind. To the generic owner response there is nothing I want to say to you, should of trained you staff to not be con artists.

I have been to a lot of different dental offices. By far this has been the best experience my family has ever had. From the moment I check in there is nothing but kindness. I feel Brandi and Brianda are exceptional at their jobs they are amazing! And Dr Lee always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable because I'm a very nervous patient. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!!!

Wish I didn't even have to give them a star. This place is a HUGE SCAM!! I was quoted a certain price for a service. I came in with that amount and was told it's going to be $200 more than they quoted me because, their system "calculated it wrong". Mind you they told me 5 mins before walking to the back for my service. Staff was extremely rude about it. They tired telling me they never quoted me $291. When I came in with the proof they changed their excuse saying it was a miscalculation and tried charging me $495. Mind you, on the paperwork it says if they plan on changing the price after they quoted you, they need to give you notice BEFORE your appointment. BRANDI the office manager said they were telling me before my appointment, 5 mins before walking in the back to get my rootcanal. They should be sued for that alone. They cannot try and charge $200 more than they quote you 5 mins before your appointment. That's NOT in advance. I got a rootcanal done and went to my actual dentist and was told it was not done properly. Had to go back and get a 2nd rootcanal. Never received an apology from the staff for having me come back and go through 2x the amount of pain I should've. Then was told by the endodontists assistant that I didn't need to come in and it looks fine. She was very rude and actually put me in more pain. When taking X-rays she was very rough even after I told her I was in a lot of pain in that area. She had to take several X-rays because she couldn't get a clean picture, a monkey could've taken better X-rays than her. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN, I WAS CRYING MY WHOLE APPOINTMENT, AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM! Please save yourself the stress and pain! So greatful for my actual dentist!! Be careful with these scammers!! WHOLE PLACE SHOULD GET SUED!!

I hate going to the dentist in general with a burning passion but this place makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed. everyone is friendly, professional and answer any questions/concerns that I have. This is where I'll continue coming for all my dental work

The doctors here are great. Very trustworthy. The office is clean. Staff is friendly and prompt. Dr. Lee is great doctor and communicates well. Also very friendly!

All I wanted was to fix my son's molars which were giving him tooth pain. The Doctor decided they want to put him under for 2+ hours to do what I requested and everything else they thought should be done. I asked if they could do laughing gas instead and sessions instead of one go, startingwith the molars. She said that it would impact him Mentally and might cause him fear to come back to the dentist. They specifically said that they wouldn't do it the way I wanted it done because of mental trauma to the patient. Also idk if they have a deal with the third-party service for putting kids under but I felt they shouldn't be under that long.

Showed up early for an appointment, was seen 39 minutes after my appointment time. X-rays went fine, took about another 20 minutes. Then they sat me in a room for another 20 minutes before coming back to tell me the dentist is still with the last patient. So by the time I saw the dentist it was over an hour after my appointment time. Then still had to wait to see if they could make the time to get a teeth clean which is what i asked for my appointment in the first place.. So I spent way too much time(just over 2 hours) there. My time is just as value as anyone else's and I don't think its fair to have people wait this long. When I made the appointment I asked about time and how long the wait is and was told don't worry about that because we have multiple dentist working and you have a set time with Dr. (Leaving this blank because its not fair to blame only one person). The time management here is horrible and unfair. Also when I did ask about it it was indicated that they double booked my appointment time incase someone didn't show. Basically what they said was we often have young people make appointments and not show so they didn't expect me to show and gave my appointment time to multiple people, I did call about 3 times to confirm my appointment time and date just to be sure I would be seen. That was only one issue with this place but I would just like to say I don't recommend this place unless you don't value your own time.

Scheduled appointment for 2:30pm they rescheduled me for 1pm I attempted to accommodate the changes they made but showed up 20min late and they said they could not see me they said they only allow a 15min grace period when late poor customer service.
