Dr. Karina Gregg graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Campinas, So Paulo, Brazil, in 1989. She received her Specialization Degree in Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery at the State University of Campinas, College of Odontology in Piracicaba, So Paulo, Brazil in 1995.

In 1998, Dr. Gregg moved to the United States from Brazil. She was awarded her California dental license in 2002. She has been successfully practicing general and family dentistry in the San Diego area while continuing to enhance her knowledge and skills through accredited courses. Additionally, Dr. Gregg periodically volunteers as a dentist in various community events throughout the county.

As a dedicated wife, mother and dentist, Dr. Gregg understands the importance of loyalty, a caring heart, and professionalism, while establishing long-term relationships with all her patients, both children and adults.

I began my dental career in 1992 as a registered dental assistant and after 12 years chairside, I transitioned to front desk management. I find great satisfaction in a job well done, from daily duties to excellent patient care. I hope you will be as happy with our practice as I am being here to serve you. We want our office to feel like you are coming to visit family.

I have been married for over 20 years and we have two amazing teenage girls. As a family, we enjoy tent camping with our 'camping group' which can consist of up to five families. During the summer months you will find us in the local mountains or at the beach enjoying the waves. Community service has always been big part of our family: from Church-organized events to yearly book-drives for non-profit organizations and mission trips abroad.

Olesya has been in the dental profession for over 15 years. She believes our oral health greatly influences our overall health. Hence, she works to educate her patients so they can successfully maintain healthy teeth and gums. Olesya is thrilled when a patient comes for a recall visit and she is greeted with a clean and healthy smile.

Olesyas husband's career development at UCSD brought them to San Diego in 2016. Outside of dentistry, Olesya enjoys being with her daughter. During her free time, Olesya likes to cook, go on hikes and visit the ocean to hang out at the beach! She is looking forward to meeting you and your family.

Sue began her dental career in Overland Park, Kansas, at her fathers dental office, helping out during high school. She enjoyed helping people with their dental health so much she completed her studies in dental assisting and became a Certified Dental Assistant.

Marriage and relocating with her husband led to many interesting opportunities throughout the West, San Jose, CA, Portland, OR, and Colorado Springs, CO. Returning to Kansas to raise their family, Sue also helped her father retire and continued her career in the dental field for a local female dentist for many years. Now settled in Southern California, she completed training to acquire her Registered Dental Assistant license and is excited to be working with Dr. Gregg at San Elijo Dental.

Maria graduated from the Brightwood College Dental Assisting Program in July 2018. She then received Registered Dental Assistant license in January 2019. She is skilled, gentle, and friendly, helping our patients feel comfortable during visits while assisting Dr. Gregg with procedures.

In her free time, Maria enjoys long drives, visiting and exploring new-to-her places, and is always up for a new adventure. She looks forward to learning and perusing her career almost as much as she looks forward to welcoming you to our practice family.
