I really love this dental office, everyone is so polite and nice! Jane did the best job on my teeth cleaning, she's very patient and detailed, I never feel my teeth so cleaned! Really appreciate.

Don't go. The place is way overpriced and never give a real "discount" for cash offer. I had a crack on my molar tooth and they Quote me over $2500 for a crown with cash offer? Plus a few other fillings, over $5000 Quote total. Not many choices of insurance accepted as well.

I showed up for multiple appointments for myself and kids and was greeted by friendly staff and taken in for treatment immediately. From check in to X-rays, hygienist, and Dr. Sawabini, the entire team explained everything, and they had no issues with answering all of my questions. Dr. Sawabini is a knowledgeable dentist who provides excellent care and recommendations for all ages. Beautiful office, and they went above and beyond with covid precautions and impeccably clean office. Complimentary bottled water and coffee on the way out, and this was my best dental experience ever.

I was impressed with the service I received here. Brooke my DH was awesome. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth & gums. My only gripe with this place is their prices. They wanted to charge me over $5200 for 3 crowns (about $1744 per crown & buildup). I found another highly rated Dentist who would do the same work for $950 per crown. Same material, same procedure.

BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! I had another regular dentist I would see but it was a bit far from my work. I had excruciating pain in my jaw yesterday and needed to see someone right away. Dr Ramzi was willing to take me same day! He examined me figured out the issue. He instantly began working and here I am one day later and already feeling much better!!! Not only did he address the issue at hand but asked about a few other things he noticed and was able to fix a few other issues within just 15 minutes. I truly, truly would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! On top of the phenomenal dental work, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with everyone from the hygienist Jenna to Dr Ramzi and a few others. Very professional and very friendly. I felt like family and it was my first visit. Go see them!!

I have gone to this office when it was owned and operated by Dr. Dan Sizemore; a very highly, ethical dentist whose prices were reasonable and excellent; he never once tried to gouge me on prices. After it was taken over by another dentist, Dr. Sawabini; I believe or his partner; I felt the dentist looked for ways to do dental work solely for the purpose of the dental office making money. Offering to put two tiny fillings in what he called a receding gum line on two bottom teeth which would have been a "dab of fill in and priced it out at $300 per tooth; two teeth $600'' which I felt was a very high price plus I had no noticeable reaction to hot or cold on the teeth and saw no need for work to be done. In conferring with another dentist; I was advised unless problematic; leave the teeth alone for that small amount of filling it could end up causing me more problems in the long run so I should always say no until I had a heat or cold sensation problem or some type of pain . Every time the dental office called me for a future appointment; they would ask am I ready to fill those two teeth? I paid for my x-rays that were taken periodically and my teeth cleaning every five months. In other words I paid for the x-rays and considered them to be my teeth xrays and paid for by me; therefore owned by me. I asked to get a copy for another dentist to consult with; but the current dentist said not without paying $25 was the doctor's direct message. I believe I spoke with Caletta later as I went into the office to pick up my x-rays and I was not about to pay again. Caletta informed me the x-rays were the property of the dentist. (Couldn't be as my teeth; my x-rays and I paid for them. The dentist was only a holding agent). I said ridiculous for there is not a doctor or hospital you cannot walk into and signing for the x-rays the patient walks out with the x-rays that are rightfully owned by the patient at that time or as soon as they could be located. I very much liked the hygienist for she had cleaned my teeth for years and stayed with the office after it was bought; I would also disagree x-rays were necessary as often as the doctor wanted to take. I am a senior and have maintained my teeth and unless there is a noticeable problem; there was nothing to be fixed in my opinion as no noticeable discomfort. I think I was treated unjustly and I owned and do own those x-rays but unnecessary now as I won't be returning. I said I would sign a consent form for my records to be transferred once I obtained a new dentist. Personally I would stay away from this dental office. Jane Adams

I've been going to San Dimas Family Dentistry for over 6+ years and truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sawabini and the excellent staff who work there. Recently, I went for some minor cosmetic work and I couldn't believe the transformation Dr. Sawabini was able to do just through dental bonding. I wanted to improve my overall teeth appearance (minor teeth gaps, chips, shaping) without the hassle of braces or veneers. I couldn't believe the improvement- it was way above and beyond what I envisioned, and it was in about 45 minutes which was the one the best parts vs waiting months/years.

The staff is always friendly, and the hygienists are wonderful. Dr Sawabini has done an excellent job with any procedure my husband and I have had. We loved the dentist we had before we moved to this area, but we're confident that we found a dental team that we'll visit for a long time.

San Dimas Family Dentistry is top notch. Every facet of what they do is excellent . Before I took my girls there this morning we thanked god for our wonderful dentist. We are truly thankful for their professionalism and kindness.
