Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Janessa is an excellent hygienist! I've been a patient here several years and I don't event live close! Every time I consider a dental office closer to home, I always regret the decision; none offer the level and care San Dimas Dental office provides- not even close! I've been going to this dental office for about five years. I was referred by a friend. Sarah, the dental hygienist is amazing. She explains everything, is gentle and kind. She always remembers a detail about me also and asks during my next visit months later. Going to the dentist is never fun, but this office makes it easy. Cynthia at the front desk is also so kind, warm, and friendly.

I can't say enough good things about this office. The kindness and grace they have for their patients shines bright. The doctors are very knowledgeable in their fields, and it shows. When I couldn't get the answers needed for my daughter and I was at my wits end, Dr. Zak listened. And now we start our journey with Dr. Luu, it was a pleasure meeting him recently. It's not only the doctors but the office manager and her staff. They all go above and beyond their call. THANK YOU, San Dimas Dental, you have a great team. No Warranty. Crown failed after less than 2 years. Will not cover. And I paid their OVER PRICED rates in cash when it it was initially done. Changing my review. They made it right.

Dr. Yashar did my gum surgery. It was an excellent experience. She and her staff answered any questions before and after the surgery day. Dr. Yashar was also extremely responsive to my text after the surgery concerning any questions.

My first time there and I came on time but they let me wait 45 min before I asked what was taking so long. Apparently the x-ray dept was behind. I was annoyed that they didn't let me know first. I was on my lunch time and I knew I would be long but not as long as this. Janet came and got me to take my x-rays and I let her know I was annoyed. But she did her job and was very nice and explained everything about the x-ray procedure. Then I was taken to another room to meet Dr. Hernandez. She was very thorough and I questioned alot of what I was experiencing and she gave me great answers. Then I met my hygienist, Janessa. She was very gentle yet got my cleaning done perfectly. I had met with Cynthia, the heres-what-all-this is going to cost you staff member, and I was so impressed with the info that they had presented to me as it was much cheaper than the previous dentist I had switched from. And lastly Brandon, the other staff member at the front, who I was not nice too btw, but you know after checking out and talking with him, he was a nice person. So over all I was very pleased with the entire staff's treatment of patients and I'm happy to say that I have found my permanent dentist office. Already made all my appts for the next 6 months. Thank you for a great experience.

The people that work here are amazing. The office is spotless. Everybody's been so kind and understanding with my fears of the dentist and with that and how wonderful I was treated my fear is much much better now. Having a hot tooth and a ton of pain they got me in immediately to make sure I didn't end up in the ER on IV antibiotics. A week later I go in for my root canal and the doctor was amazing.

I've been taking my daughter to this dentist for over a year now. I LOVED the people at the front and how welcoming they are when you get there. I told my husband about them and he decided he was going there as well. He has had such a positive experience (and he is afraid to go to the dentist), he tells all his friends and neighbors about how great the dentist was when he goes, how friendly the staff if and that they should leave their current dentist and switch to his lol. My daughter has also been seeing the orthodontist there for over a year and she always says how much she loves him and how fast and delicate they are when they tighten her braces or change out the rubber bands. We will never go to another dentist. I've tried so many throughout my life and have never found such a great place that the whole family loves! Trust me...if you have odontophobia (like my husband did), you will Not regret going to this office! Best Dentist and Orthodontist EVER!

I had extensive dental surgery and was worried during the entire healing process. It didn't seem like I was healing and I was panicking. Dr Nashar called me from her personal phone to see how I was doing and answer any questions. She definitely calmed me down. She made sure I had her number and told me to call her any time with concerns or issues. Well, I made several calls to her and each time she assured me I was on the right track and was healing appropriately. I just didn't realize it was going to take as long as it did to heal but she reminded me that I had extensive surgery. Dr Nashar never made me feel as if I was a burden and always reassured me. It's because of her that I chose to go to San Dimas Dental group. I couldn't ask for a more caring doctor.

Why can't I give zero stars? The front office staff is horrible to deal with. Honestly, I can't comment on the back office, as I didn't make it that far. I cannot say it enough...avoid this place!
