Dr. Cluff is originally from Jalisco Mexico and she is a graduate of UAC from Torren Choahuila Mexico. Later, she completed all California Board requirements and settled in San Diego to continue practicing dentistry.
Precision, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are what can make a difference for our patients. Dr Cluffs education did not stop after graduating from dental school. She is a continuous student and spends a tremendous amount of time each year to stay on top of the latest advances for cosmetic and sedation dentistry. With over 25 years of experience, Dr Cluff offers her patients comprehensive dentistry with a gentle touch. Dr Ana Cluff and her team of dental experts understand that everyone in her care has unique needs, wants and dreams, not just for their smiles, but also for their lives. Her comprehensive approach allows her to treat the whole person, rather than the one tooth at a time philosophy of times past.

Dr. Cluff enjoys spending time with her husband, Jaime, listening to music, dancing and traveling to different countries. They have two daughters, Diana and Stephanie, who at a young age became interested in dentistry as well and have since worked very hard to join Dr. Cluff in the family dental practice. In her free time she likes bike riding and hiking, taking advantage of our beautiful San Diego weather.
Dr. Diana Cluff, known affectionately as Dr. D, is Dr. Ana Cluffs eldest daughter, and shares the same passion for patient-centered care. Dr. D grew up in East County San Diego, having attended West Hills High School and San Diego State University, where she earned her bachelors degree in biology. In order to gain more experience before earning her doctorate, Dr. D worked as a dental assistant in the practice, getting to know many of our wonderful patients, before she entered dental school. Dr. D earned her degree in dental medicine at Midwestern University, in Glendale, Arizona. In order to ensure she remains on the cutting edge of dentistry, she continues to expand her comprehensive dental skills by engaging in continuing education courses.
Committed to serving her community, Dr. D has returned to her hometown to join the family practice. She strives to provide patients with gentle, compassionate care, and enjoys helping patients reach their dental goals, especially those with dental anxiety.
Together, we will create a plan that focuses on your individual needs, with a commitment to precision and quality, as well as a relaxing, patient-centered environment. She has engaged in outreach programs for patients in hospice, and pediatrics, as well as providing dentistry for community clinics at St. Vincent de Paul. Outside of her passion for dentistry, Dr. D enjoys cooking, road trips, and watching MMA. She is excited to be able to care for her hometown, as a healthcare professional.
Dr. Stephanie Ann Cluff, lovingly known as Dr. Steph, was introduced to the world of dentistry at a very early age. Her mother, Dr. Ana Cluff would take her and her sister, Dr. D, to her practice to play quietly while she saw her beloved patients. Flash forward 20 years and Dr. Stephs hard work at San Diego State University and Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ, paid off and she is now eager to serve the community she grew up in. Before going to dental school, she worked as an assistant in the family practice which only helped her grow her love of dentistry even more. Dentistry is deep rooted in Dr. Stephs family, with records of her great grandaunt being the town dentist. She is extremely proud of being a part of her familys legacy.
Dr. Steph emphasizes comfort and communication with her patients, aiming to provide the highest quality dental care in a safe and caring environment. Her passion for being a lifelong learner ensures she is up to date with the most modern technology and techniques in all fields of dentistry.
My name us Heather and I am your Lakeside native RDH. I grew up riding my horse around town and was involved in El Capitans FFA and floral design program. My second language is American Sign Language and I have two Associates Degrees.
I greatly enjoy working at Dr. Cluffs office and visiting with my patients who I grew up with or are family friends and neighbors. My main focus is patient education and satisfaction. I greatly look forward to cleaning your teeth soon!
