A good dental experience! This office has exceptional dentists and hygienists. The office is modern and uses digital equipment which I can certainly appreciate. Everything is clean and new and they have TVs at each chair as an added bonus!

I cracked my crown of one of my wisdom teeth, so I googled emergency dentists that were open today and Dr. Ghorab's office came up. It is before 3pm on a friday, and her site says she is open until 5pm today. I call their emergency line, and speak to the receptionist who tells me the dentists are all gone for the day! SERIOUSLY?!?! The worst!

Dr. Ghorab is the most caring, warm and relaxing dentist ever. I love Norma she really made me feel welcome!

Let me start off by saying I don't typically enjoy trips to the dentist. With that being said Dr. Ghorab is the only dentist I will ever go to again. She and her staff and unbelievably friendly and made me feel so at ease it was amazing. While I was there one of her patients, a child, came in had to say hi to her just because they were in the area. I've never heard of a kid liking their dentist to the point of wanting to come in and say hi just cause they were at the supermarket near by. The equipment is all new stuff and top of the line which is crucial to me. She was so tentative to how I felt which was awesome. And to top it all off I was able to watch the masters while getting my teeth worked on. It was the best dental experience I've ever had and after one visit I'm no longer scared of going to the dentist... As long as the dentist is Dana.

I saw Dr. Ghorab after a long gap in between visits to the dentist. I knew that I was due for a deep cleaning but was really nervous about it since I had recently switched to private insurance. I had read lots of horror stories about people being up-sold on procedures that their insurance wouldn't cover. I had voiced this concern to Dr. Ghorab when I was making the appointment and she did the research prior to my visit to let me know how much coverage I would get/need - just so there were no surprises later. On the day of the visit I found Dr. Ghorab and her staff to be very professional. The appointment started on time and there was none of the usual up-sells that you see everywhere these days. The visit itself was pleasant (well as pleasant as a deep cleaning could get). During the lengthy procedure the staff made sure that I remained comfortable throughout. I had to make another follow up appointment for the following week to have a filling put in. Unfortunately, due to severe traffic delays I was running almost an hour behind schedule. I ended up rolling in more than an hour late and was fully expecting to be turned away and/or rescheduled for another day. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that Dr. Ghorab would make the time to see me. In fact she stayed past her normal hours to make sure that my filling was put in place - properly. This is the kind of customer service that you hardly see any more. Furthermore, on both occasions Dr. Ghorab followed up personally the next day to see how I was doing. This is something that I had never experienced from a dentist before. I would recommend Dr. Ghorab to anybody in the area looking for a new dentist. Dr. Ghorab and staff - keep up the excellent work! Hope to see you soon - but not too soon ;)

My experience with Dana Ghorab was great. Everyone hates going to the dentist but she and her staff are very professional. I did not feel any pain, they have tvs to watch as they work on you which is great, and they explained everything that was going on at every point. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Best, Devin
