The first time I went to my appointment was 11 o'clock, I waited until 12 o'clock, and then called in to take X-rays of my teeth, and then waited until 1 o'clock, the doctor hadn't seen my teeth, the nurse asked me to come back another day, the doctor was not available yet, There is only one doctor at work today. It's unreasonable. Then the nurses and the others have lunch time at one o'clock. I wait there for the doctor for two hours and fifteen minutes. A waste of time

Please look elsewhere for your dental needs! I went to this dentist because I like supporting the locals but sadly won't be going back. This is a very irresponsible dental group. I had an appointment for Sept 20th and even got the text reminder about a week before I was due . Two days before my appointment I called in to ask some questions about my upcoming visit because I am going through orthodontic treatment at the time. The person who answered was super rude and cutt-offish. I explained my situation and told him about my upcoming appointment. He right away told me I didn't have an appointment and tried to end the conversation. I told him I had even replied to the text reminder to confirm it and to please double check, so he looked me up and says "oh. It was canceled ". I told him no one contacted me to cancel or reschedule me. To which he replied "well , you have no appointment" I had made arrangements to switch my morning with a co-worker to make my appointment which is now for nothing. I lost money and time because they couldn't make ONE phone call. I had recommended them to some family and friends but will update them on the total lack of professionalism this dentist office offers. To this day , I still have not heard from them to at least offer an explanation for wasting my time and money! Pathetic. I guess I'll be going back to West Portal Family Dentist. It's a little out of the way but at least I know I can count on them to take my time in consideration and not waste it .

This was absolutely the most positive dental experience I've ever had..My questions were answered honestly and I feel I'm in the care of experienced doctors and staff..

This was the worst dental experience I've had in my life. The front office disorganized (confusion re: why I was calling, my name, etc. which was incredibly difficult to deal with; extraordinarily huge communication lapses). I went in for dental work a few times (of course one of only dds offices my insurance covered), and didn't even know name of the dentist (including the owner, Dr. Tin, who made a diagnosis w/o even looking at my teeth, much less introduce himself). Dr. Lim one redeeming factor, but you can only handle so many unreturned calls, having work done that was enTIRELY different than told; the thought of going there is worse than thought of drilling (it's musical dentists, and hope for the best). If you've other options, please use them.

I had a wonderful experience here. I walked away feeling more informed and reassured about what was going on with my dental care. Their belief is to focus in on the foundation of the tooth as well as the actual tooth so that you can stay healthy, preserve your teeth and keep a beautiful smile. The front staff was also extremely helpful. I have already referred two of my good friends

After being laid off I moved to the Exchange for an HMO Dental Insurance and was assigned this dentist. But apparently you can't just make an appointment, they have an employee who specifically calls and schedules something with you on request. I called twice, spoke with the receptionist, but never got a call back. I ended up finding a new job before I actually got a dental appointment and will be returning back to my old dentist.

I loved going to this dentist for years. One day I needed work done and they dentist cut my mouth pretty badly. Instead of apologizing he said to his assistant it was because my mouth was to small.
