Staff was very kind and patient with me. I understand everything the Dr. Explain to me. However,just so you know they don't have any payment plan. Other than care credit.

My daughter had an appt for a consultation and my husband took her for me since he was off of work. He brought both my daughters, both under 100 pounds and the ladies there told my husband he needed to leave my other daughter in the car since she was not the one with the appt. Excuse me? You want him to leave a tiny child in the car by herself? He left and we will take our business elsewhere. Never again and never will I allow people I know to ever consider this place.

Although I let them know I was coming in to get molar removed they had me down for wisdom removal. When I pulled up this morning the girl tells me we don't just pull teeth for no reason my mom agreed how nasty that was to say. That was so hurtful and rude after waiting since before Christmas to get in and see someone for my pain I had been experiencing. Different experience when I had taken my daughter. They need new new front desk personel.

I attempted to call to get some information and I was asked rather testily if I have dental insurance as if she wouldn't want to talk to me if I didn't.

Although I let them know I was coming in to get molar removed they had me down for wisdom removal. When I pulled up this morning the girl tells me we don't just pull teeth for no reason my mom agreed how nasty that was to say. Waited week's for this appointment. Got there and filled out paperwork. Four other people came in after me and were seen before me. After 45 minutes I went to the window and asked how long and to get my I'd and insurance card back. The young lady at the window said that they couldn't figure out how to fill in my info, because I didn't have a referral. I said I don't have one and didn't need one, that simple. She said my chart was in the back and it wouldn't be much longer. After another 10 minutes, I went to the window again. This time I said forget it. I told the girl that this was unprofessional. This is my first time here and this is my first impression of how this business operates. She then said, that I took too long to fill out my paperwork. I then told her my appointment was for 9:30 and I have other places and things to do with my time and they need to respected that. A 10:00 appointment went in before me. I told her to forget about the appointment and that I would find another doctor and then I left. A few minutes later I got a call from another location asking me to please give them another chance. I vented my concerns and they repeatedly asked for my service. If you have to call and beg, then that should tell you something. I should have read the reviews before. I'm sure the doctors are good at what they do, however if they continue to employ unprofessional peoples to work the window, then they will lose new business.

This is our 3rd time we have used this office to get our kids wisdom teeth removed. The staff was amazing and so are the Doc's. We had our consult and procedure all in the same day. Very professional and economical.

I was sent to the office on a referral from my dentist, he was concerned I may have oral cancer. The office staff is wonderful, got me in as quickly as possible with Dr. Malave. He is an amazing, empathetic doctor. He genuinely cares about those he treats; he noticed how scared I was and he was concerned. When he got the final results of the biopsy, having had it double checked, he called me- even though I had an appointment with him the next morning! To relieve my worries!! That means a hell of a lot, especially since I had never been treated by him prior to the biopsy! I can not be more thankful to this office of amazing people. Thank you all for being such caring individuals! Can't reccomend them enough

This surgeon was absolutely amazing! I was super nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed and as soon as he walked in he calmed me down and allowed me to fully calm down before sedating me. If you are thinking of going anywhere else for your wisdom teeth extraction, DONT. Best surgical experience I have ever had.

Was seen as an emergency patient to have a molar extraction. Staff were very accommodating and very well organized. Dr. Haverkorn is an outstanding surgeon, very personable , professional and made this procedure painless . Highly recommended!

Quick. Easy. Painless. Would definitely recommend these people to you. Best of all, I came in a few days later and asked to see the doctor just to check up on my wisdom tooth gaps and he took the time out of his schedule to just look me over. Didn't charge either. Thats just good customer service.
