My son got braces this week and was very nervous. This staff is amazing! Nicole and Staci were great and the docs. Nicole even sent him a card in mail and brought a big smile to his face. Thanks for making this experience a good one for him!

Wonderful staff and facility. I am new to the area and was able to get in due to a cancellation. My experience was fantastic. Amber was kind and gentle. Dr. O'Dell is a very nice dentist. The front office staff was helpful in getting me through the process.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit...very sweet staff as I entered. My cleaning was the most gentle one that I have ever received over many years. Dr Sam was so kind and thorough. We discussed my suggestion and concern to take care an issue without suggesting that I spend more money on extensive fix. I was extremely pleased! The drive from Charleston to Teays Valley is well worth it !

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. O'Dell and his office. They got me in quickly as a new patient. They were all very pleasant. My hygienist and Dr. O'Dell we're efficient and friendly. The office is clean and modern. It is just first class!

$4000 and several "bridge adjustments" and I am still dissatisfied with my October 2021 bridge. The bridge preparation work began April 2021. I waited three months for a tooth extraction because O'Dell couldn't finish the extraction he started. The ill-fitting over-sized bridge still feels rough and sandy. At my last "bridge adjustment ', August 24, 2022, O'Dell did not bother to see me. An aide checked the bite and offered to take an xray. I felt that more of bridge needed to be ground down. It really surprised me that O'Dell didn't bother to speak nor even ask a question. Any explanation always came from one of the aides. After a few of the adjustment appointments, they made me feel that it was my fault. So......

The whole staff is incredible. From the receptionists, the hygienists, and the dental assistants, they really make things as easy and comfortable for you as possible. Dr.O'Dell is very professional and gets things done quickly. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

When I have an appointment with Dr. Sam and his staff, it is one medical visit I look forward to. This time around I couldn't make the first scheduled date and had to book another one four months later. However I was put on a to-call list if there was a cancellation, which occurred and had my visit just five days from the original date. You are treated like family and everyone understands the need for a great exam. I would recommend Dr. Sam and staff to everyone.

I like Sam ODell Denistry. They are always kind and polite with there patients. Dr. Sam always does great work. I would reccomend Sam ODell Denistry to anyone who needs a denist. Everyone there is very polite from the time you walk in till you leave. You couldn't ask for a better environment.

I experienced such expert care at Dr. O'Dell's office. From my check-in experience, to my visit with the hygienist, to my consultation with the dentist, to my checking out. The office is beautiful and well maintained. And all do the staff members were caring and considerate. I look forward to to my follow up visits and I'm grateful for the excellent care.
